6 pack diet coke plastic 16.9 oz Bottles
Have purchased several packages of this diet coke and have found several of the bottles smell moldy upon opening them. Dumped several down the drain. Return one package to the store and have another waiting to be returned. The previous one returned to the store had a November date on them. These one are dated Dec 2721 WPE1107. I purchase 2 6 packs each time and it seems like it is only 3 bottles out of each package that are bad. Maybe they are not sealing properly at the factory. All I know is it is getting old having to continually return for a refund.
Desired outcome: Please send coupons for purchase of free products for my inconvenience and correct issue with the product
Sweet Gold Peak Tea
I recently purchased four 52 Fl. OZ. bottles of Sweet Tea Gold Peak. I totally love this tea. Not anymore. All the bottles have something forgein floating around in them. I fixed me a glass without seeing this. Something was left in my mouth after I took a drink. I felt my tongue and something slimy and long was pulled out. Another glob on the top of my mouth. I checked all bottles and they were not expired but all had larger globs floating around. I took them back to walmart and they said their policy is exchange only. Well, needless to say at that point I wanted nothing to do with Gold Peak Tea.

Coke Zero
My wife and I have been drinking Coke Zero for years. We buy at least one 30 can carton per week.
I can tell you now that we have bought the last carton of Coke Zero and will not be going back to it unless you bring back the old formula. The new formula leaves a bad after taste and is nowhere near as refreshing.
Haven't you heard the old adage "if it ain't broke DON'T fix it" !

At first I thought that maybe something got on them at the warehouse but after two (2) additional purchases at different stores (Wal Mart / Target / Big Lots) in different towns, I realized this is not isolated

I bought diet coke out of a vending machine at home Depot #0942. It smelled moldy. I threw it away. 2 days later bought another one. Same thing. It smelled moldy coming from the top of the bottle/ lid. Again I threw it away. I prefer coke over Pepsi, but this is disgusting and afraid to drink it not knowing what I'm ingestting. I will be buying Pepsi from now on.

Mr. Pibb xtra 20oz bottle
I purchased 4 bottles of Mr.Pibb Xtra 20oz from a Dominos nearby my home with their 5.99 deal. The problem I have is not with the soda but with the bottle themselves. Precisely the top of the bottles. 3/4 of my family members injured their hands opening the sharp/rugged bottle caps. There is absolutely no need for the caps to have such sharp edges.
Desired outcome: Change the bottle caps.
Diet coke
This is the fourth different Coca-Cola product that I have bought in the last month that has smelled like mildew/mold. I have gotten Coke zero, sugar free coke and today a Diet Coke. All 20 fl ounce bottles. I'm a bit concerned after going on Google and searching for this issue and seeing so many complaints. The first bottle that I got was a Coke zero and I did not notice the smell I was so thirsty and down to half the bottle when I pulled the bottle back all the sudden I had that smell stuck my nose in the bottle and was sickened by the smell! Later that night I had a pretty bad headache. So now ever since that happened every Coke product I've bought I smell first and unfortunately tonight I got a Diet Coke, and the same thing as soon as I opened it I smelled the cab and it smelled like mildew poured the contents of the bottle out and still inside the bottle smelled even worse! This is very disturbing and I would like to know what's going on!

My son found hair in his bottle of pop just now
My son just opened up a 500ml bottle of vanilla Coca Cola and found a little chunk of hair out of it. It was completely brand new and sealed, he just opened it up and started chugging it and stopped because there was something foreign in his mouth that's wasn't the pop. We are all grossed right out and He's completely grossed out and traumatized and threw up. Never wants to drink your products again, that's really unacceptable to have to worry about hair and nasty things floating around in fully sealed products we buy from the store. And when he showed it to me and found it really disturbing also I'll send a a pic of the exact bottle too so you know and exactly what bottle is was.

Coke zero - original black and red can and black and red paper container
I am 83 years old and Coke has been my drink since I was a child. I lived through the dumbest change that Coke ever made when they changed the Original Coke when he was a best seller. I was so happy when they brought the Original back. When I was fifty I became diabetic so could not have sugar drinks. I did not care for the Diet Coke as it tasted like a tin can. When you came out with the first Coke Zero I was thrilled and told everyone that I knew to change over. Now I cannot find the Original Coke Zest and again, I do not like the new all-red Coke Zest. It tastes nothing like a Coke and the first Zero we could not tell the difference between a real Coke and the Zero. The new Zero, I will no longer drink. I just bought six twelve-packs and it is worse than Pepsi.
Please bring back the Original Zero.

“ original taste” coke
Mixed drinks go flat instantly with this stuff. I bought an expensive bottle of Rum and unknowingly bought this new " original taste". We washed the drinks down the sink, as undrinkable. Very mad at Coke. Total curve ball. I gave the bottle of Rum away, and tossed the Remaining Coke in the garbage where it belongs.
You should fire the entire development team that sank your ship with this horrible version of Coke.

It's mind boggling how stupid Coca Cola execs can be that they would change such a popular product. When you think about it, food and beverage products are not changed. Do you remember the last time M&M's changed? Reece's Peanut Butter cup changed? No? That's because people buy these things because of their taste, not their marketing. When you change the taste, you make it a completely different and change something the customer may have "grown up on".
Coca Cola clearly has no respect for their customers that they would change a beloved product and arrogantly print that it's "More Delicious" on the label as if they know better than we what we like.
The new product tastes flat, watered down, and has a nasty aftertaste. It tastes nothing like any Coca Cola product. It is thoroughly undrinkable. It's as if they are competing with the artificially sweetened sparling water products now.
Over the past 10+ years I have purchased over 80 cases a year of Coke Zero BLACK 16oz bottles and at least a couple dozen sleeves of the cans. I have spent over $3000 on Coke Zero a year. I have not purchased a single one since my mistaken purchase of the RED swill. I have moved my preference to my second and third choices, Diet Dr. Pepper and Diet Mt Dew, both Pepsi products. Since they don't insult their customers and are a brand you can COUNT ON to keep a consistent product, I am happy to be a Pepsi customer and give them my thousands of dollars a year.
I never thought it was possible, I was always a Coca Cola fanboy, even had a working vintage Coca Cola machine in college. I now HATE Coca Cola and look on every bottled and packaged product I buy to make sure they are not bottle or packaged "by the Coca Cola Company".
Coca Cola is a symbol of corporate arrogance and text book case of what NOT to do to your customers. I hope they lose all their diet business as a result of this ridiculous move.

16.9 oz Diet Coke.
I bought a 6 back of bottled Diet Coke last week from Dollar General. Today, I grabbed the last bottle and it's yellow tinted on the top INSIDE and smells of cat pee or a similar chemical and has a horrible taste. Unfortunately, I had just eaten something very hot and chugged half of it before realizing. Absolutely disgusting. I see there have been other issues recently with the same complaint about Diet Coke.
Diet Coke smelling bad
Have purchased three separate 20 oz bottles from different locations over the period of 10/18/21 to 10/23/21 they all smell moldy. Taste is just fine but smells horrible while drinking.. I just purchased another one today 10/25/21 from my employer and it smelled moldy as well.

New formula tastes disgusting. You claim you changed the recipe to make it taste more like regular Coca-Cola. Well, who did you get to taste test this new formula? It tastes nothing like regular Coke, nowhere even remotely close to it. It doesn't taste sweet at all. It tastes like I'm drinking burnt carbonated Florida tap water. Have you ever tasted desalinated tap water from Florida? It is disgusting! Now add carbonation to it. That is just gross, and that is what you have created with the new Coca-Cola Zero Sugar drink. I hope you all choke on the stupid money you are somehow still generating. I hate you.

I and my wife are Diet Coke drinkers for decades. We love Diet Coke, but they didn't have any at the local store, so we paid for two half cases of the Coke Zero, I donated it to the park bench at the homeless camp locally. We cannot drink it. It is too sweet. If we wanted super sweet sodas, we would purchase Pepsi. The reason we don't drink Diet Pepsi or regular Pepsi, is it is TOO SWEET. Knock this experimenting off, and get back to the perfection of Diet Coke and Diet Cherry Coke.
Desired outcome: Bring back Diet Coke in all iterations the way it was before.
New Coke Zero
You don't know me, but I was your favorite customer, purchasing Coke since a teenager and I'm 74 now! Drank one to two liters every day of my life, first with regular Coke and now with Coke Zero. I have given you THOUSANDS of dollars over the years. Now I find myself running all over town to buy up all the old stock, and after that I will switch to something else. Ya'll have screwed the pooch with this one. The only problem with Coke Zero (at least in my area) was lack of marketing. Not enough has been put on the shelves! This FIASCO reminds me of when you put out New Coke many years ago and that didn't go over either! You need to fire whomever came up with this idea!

Bottle top and cap smell
Several bottles of Diet Coke I have bought in the past few months have a very disturbing smell to the top of the bottle and inside cap. The taste of the product has also changed along with decreased carbonation. Please research as there are many complaints. I will not be drinking Coke products until this has been addressed to the public. This may be a health hazard.
