Your new Coca Cola Zero Sugar taste like Pepsi. Please change it back to COKE ZERO.

New Coke Zero Sugar has managed to be a repackaged duplicate of Diet Coke and that is not a compliment!
I drank Coke Zero for years and always enjoyed it after switching from Classic Coke.
Have you not learned from the debacle of Original Coke to New Coke?... that was a mistake that should be a mantra in changing any Coke product that consumers are NOT complaining about!
As a life-long Coke drinker I feel you should listen to your consumers, not look to your development people who should know "if it's not broken, don't fix it"!
Look at your market-share and see it dropping off when you make these changes... not to mention your stocks!
Please do as you did with Original Coke and change this "New (Diet Coke) Flavored Coke Zero" back to it's original formula and maintain you following!

I am a Coke Zero fan. But not anymore. Why can't you all leave well enough alone? This new is disgusting. FLAT, TOO SWEET, and YUCK. I will not be buying it again until you go back.

A month or so ago i noticed the smell of stinky socks or smelly feet, that is this musty, icky, smell after i opened a brand new bottle of Dr Pepper that had just come from a local restaurant where we get take out almost daily. This happened with 3 different bottles of Dr Pepper in a row over the next several weeks. No matter what retail store i purchased them from the smell was there. They were all kept refrigerated and they were 1all un-drinkable. The smell was absolutely off putting. Even if i washed the whole bottles exterior before opening, or wiped the neck and top before taking a sip, it was still un-drinkable. Today it happened with a brand new, refrigerated bottle of Coke. purchased this morning. As I was unscrewing the cap from the Coke bottle, a funky smell that can only be described as a strong musty, stinky feet, sort of smell rushed out and filled up my car. It was awful! I started to bring the bottle towards my nose to sniff it to see if it was really the same as the dr pepper problem, but i just couldn't even get it close to my face. It smells so awful! And stronger than the dr peppers musty smell q qif that is possible! What the heck is going on? If Coke wants to depopulate the planet along with the rest of the elitists, they will have to find something else to use that doesn't smell so obviously bad and stops us from drinking it

Driver clearly saw me in the car getting ready to pull out but proceeded to block me anyway. Never even thought about it. 1/2 hour latter still blocked.

I drink about two diet cokes a day and love the product. However, sometimes when I purchased bottled diet coke from places like gas stations it has mildew or moldy smell to it. I just purchased a bottle from BP in Florence, KY, off Burlington Pike and it smells so bad I have to dump it out.

What is causing this smell? Why does it only happen every once in a while?

Again, I love diet coke, but I am concerned about the smell and what could be contributing to it.

My Husband and I have been noticing a horrid smell coming from every damn bottle of coke we've bought this past entire summer! It almost smells like old musty basement/ old sponge/ mildewy smell! It's absolutely horrid and I can't seem to find an answer but know I'm not the only one complaining about this! We want answers!

I've read many complaints on here. The same thing the recycle bottles smell like a dirty dish rag. Could someone address the issue without saying oh let me give you a free six pack. That isn't solving anything. I'm thinking about switching to diet Pepsi because you are not answering the root question. I'm beginning to think the smell is somehow a biproduct of the recycling process and somehow down the line people will get cancer or who knows what... I had this same issue happen with a recycled glass at the Chase center in SF. Smelled like formaldehyde and made me sick

On the Label side which reads "Coca Cola" your can states in all bold lettering "RECYCLE ME". Upon reading this, and due to my great hatred towards anything globo h0m0, I proceeded to walk the 3 blocks down to the bayfront and throw the can in the ebb tide.

I will unironically throw a car battery in tomorrow, along with my can, if the can says recycle me on it, and will continue to do so until I wind up dumping mercury fulminate or red phosphorus, lye, or aqua regia.

Don't tell me what to do with my [censored]ing can

Purchased diet coke 16.9 bottles six packs at the Piggly Wiggly on devine Street in Columbia South Carolina. The last 5 times I have purchased them the bottles smell like they were in an electrical fire. Even walking by the display at the store you can smell it. I also have been getting a lot of bottles that the caps are leaking and the bottles are a bit squishy.

I purchased a 20oz Diet Coke from my office commissary, and much to my chagrin, it smelled like absolute [censored]. The product tasted fine, but the bottle itself, for whatever reason, smelled like literal [censored], just actual human feces. I discarded the remainder of the product after it became clear that it was the source of the odor, and not some nearby defecant.

I purchased this product on 8/6/2021 in Mobile, Alabama, the number under the cap is 9KJN4VP-NKRPMKT. It is in a recycled bottle, if that makes a difference.

I implore you to please, get to the bottom of the feculent bottle, for surely when Christ returns he will not be so forgiving as I.

I've been drinking Coca-Cola all my life but I will never drink one again, or any other product from the brand unless there is a formal apology for the "be less white" training.

I don't care if who's fault it is that this happened I will not be associated with racists of any nature.

Worse still, while we are waiting for an apology, it is reported that the leaders of the business are saying that those of us who are taking issue with this "be less white" training mess are at fault.

In effect the Coca-Cola company is doubling down rather than submitting to make a formal apology..

This is the 4th time I'm purchasing A Diet Coke from this one particular pizzeria I noticed that the smell of the cap and the top of the bottles have a really really bad body odor scent. It caused me to stop giving business to this particular restaurant because I thought they were purchasing fake sodas; but now i realized the company Coca Cola is to blame because of other similar complaints! Time to speak with an attorney this is disgusting& I'm sure cause a lot of business loss because of them carrying Coca Cola products

I purchased a coke zero on 8/3/2021 and when I open the bottle and drank some it smelled like mildew clothing or wet clothes horrible smell ... Im so terrified it may have been toxic or something. It even taste funny and I had to pour it out. I have seen several complaints about the same thing and something needs to be done about this situation because it's disgusting the way it smells

I had a 12 pack of coke explode in my car. I went to their web site to let them know about this problem and when I try to leave a message using Google the recaptcha won't show and I can't leave the message it says enter the recaptcha term time expired. So I went back g duck duck go and Bing the recaptcha shows and I play their stupid game, the submit button shows I clicked it but it just sits there. Then after a few minutes it repeats the same [censored], timed out, enter captcha term?!? Tried many times with different browsers and none can send the messages. Who is still using recaptcha for any reason? The worst possible way to verify anything! Impossible to see the tiny pictures and it seems to never end even if you pick the right ones. I've wasted an hour now trying to send these a-holes a simple message!

I purchased a 12 pack of coke. Today I pulled the case out of the closet and noticed dried coke on the floor. I opened the case cut could determine what can leaked. But I noticed that several "unopened" cans were not completely full. I filled my sink with water and placed all the cans in the tub. Several floated and it was obvious that several were not close to being full and some felt half full. Also, I noticed that the some of the cans felt like the metal was much thinner than the others. Anyway, this caused a big mess of dried coke and I have cans with the tabs still in place but without a full can. Obviously I have a defective batch of coke.

I still have all the cans.

This has happened twice, both were several weeks apart, and bought in different locations in Alabama, my bottle of coke zero smells like body ordor, to the point I felt sick and weird. My throat burned and I had to throw them out. Is this a chemical you are using to clean the bottles or a contamination from animals! What is happening, please call me at [protected] . Helen James RN

Bought a bottle of Coke today I opened it up as a punching smell serial number 1047221GMI10
Out of all the years that I've ball Coca-Cola products not once have I experienced the smell. The company needs to do something about this

Opened two bottles in a 6 pack and the top and caps both smell like dirty kitchen sponge. I drank some of it and wondering if it will hurt me. Here is the lid from one of the bottles

I bought 5 packs of Coca Cola Zero at my local Food Lion in Rock Hill South Carolina. Two of the six packs were flat when opened and the bottles were not firm. I am a big fan of this soda but was very disappointed in this purchase.
