I was supposed to get a new condenser installed for $6,000 on 1/10/22 between 8:00 - 10:00, but they had to reschedule because of COVID. They came on 1/24 and 12/25, but they were late and didn't finish the job. The owner came on 1/27, but it still wasn't done. They came back on 2/3, but they couldn't install the wifi thermostat. They said the new system was more efficient than the old one and set it to heat mode. On 2/5, the temperature started dropping, and I had to use emergency heat. I called CMAGS, and they said to keep using it. They scheduled a service call for 2/7, but they didn't show up. They said I was informed about the system requirements before installation, but I don't remember that.
