FilmsJackets.com - Men’s leather jacket

The quality of the leather jacket I received was very poor. It was so bad in fact that I paid $49 in shipping costs (company is located in Pakistan) to get a refund. After they received my jacket they said the refund was processed. I waited several days and after the refund showed up on my account they cancelled it the next day. Stay away from this company!

Wooga.com - Jumper's ribbons

I am a Jumper in June's Journey and as a jumper, we have certain privileges and losses, we lose ribbon drinks when we are jumping, but gain ribbons to distribute to other teams in need. Softserve Clothing - Hoodies

On June 25, 2022 I placed an order for several hoodies in the amount of $130.00. The funds were immediately taken from my account. Now, almost 1 1/2 years later, despite many emails and requests for refund, I have yet to receive either the product or the refund. I requested a full refund in September and have received nothing but empty promises of the request being prioritized.

P&P Clothing 14 Avenue - Customer service

Softsfeel - Sneakers

Shoes don’t fit. I looked forever trying to find how to return them. Basically, you can’t. I finally found an email that had their legitimate address. I emailed them & they suggested that I “give the sneakers to someone else” & they’d give me 10% back. I was like “whaaaat?” I emailed them back twice & haven’t gotten a reply. It was an impulse buy, but I really wish I had read the reviews first.
