Pretty Straps review: Strap reduction.

I use eye glasses and hearing aids. The video is too fast, confusing and the voice is too fast. No clear precise comment on which way the arrows should point and I tried over and over and nothing happened.
This was a gift for me for Mother’s Day and your instructions are awful. Then you default me to [protected]@pretty straps.com which I could not find.
