"Boxer Tools" Santa Fe Springs review: Scam

I rarely take to complaint websites to express my frustrations, but after my recent experience with Boxer Tools in Santa Fe Springs, I felt compelled to share so others might be forewarned.

From the moment I walked into Boxer Tools, I sensed a palpable disregard from the staff. While it's never pleasant to single out individuals, I must mention my interaction with an employee named Fabila Leyva. I found Fabila to be not just unhelpful, but openly rude, turning what should have been a simple transaction into a frustrating ordeal.

One would assume a business would train its employees to be courteous and welcoming, but Boxer Tools seems to have missed the memo on this. Each interaction I had was met with indifference or, worse, a dismissive attitude, especially from Fabila Leyva.

The pricing at Boxer Tools is another point of contention. I was taken aback by how much they were charging for products and services, which I've found elsewhere for considerably less. It's disheartening to think that Boxer Tools would take advantage of its customers in this way. In every comparison I made, Boxer Tools was consistently more expensive.

Lastly, I hoped that perhaps this was just a one-off experience, but upon talking to a few fellow shoppers, it seems my experience with Boxer Tools wasn't unique.

I sincerely hope Boxer Tools takes these complaints to heart, especially the feedback about specific employees. A few adjustments could transform this business for the better. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
