I want to say how disappointed I am about this promotion. I visited Myer (Sydney City) today specifically to purchase my favorite Clinique products that would award me the Gift pack. However, I was very disappointed to find that when I tried to buy a bottle of Dramatically Different Moisturising Lotion ($66) and another item to bring me up to the required amount of $75, there was nothing available that wasn't outrageously expensive. I tried to buy a promotional duo, but was told that even though that was worth more than $75, I would not be eliglble for the Gift set as it was a separate promotion.
I think you should be aware that I witnessed 5-6 other women walk away from your counter in exasperation about exactly the same thing. You lost business today, and I am sure you will continue to do so if you are irritating your customers in such a manner.
