Cleveland Water and Fire Restoration

In February , I had water leakin from my kitchen roof from nearby ice dammin. I called "Restoration by ***" which has since changed its name to "***". Two gentleman came to my home around 4:30 PM and surveyed the house. Water damage was localized to the roof only. No wall affected. No floors affected. I asked roughly how much fixin the affected roof would cost and was told $2000-$3000 at most. I asked when this work should be done, and was told "immediately". I asked if insurance was likely to cover this, as was told "without a doubt". I unfortunately did not get this in writin. Roughly 5 x 5 foot of ceilin was removed. Overlyin insulation removed. No leakin pipes, or unexpected damage found. Roughly 3 normal sized garbage bags of material removed from the ceilin. Several dehumidifiers crammed into a roughly 6x6 walled off space. Approximately 2 weeks later the ceilin was patched. A claim was placed with my home owners insurance company - ***. I am personally sent a bill totalin $6085.25. I call *** by *** and am repeatedly assured *** will handle this claim, and "don't worry about it". *** estimates the claim to be worth $1537.25. I called *** and asked why they haven't sent their estimate directly to "Restoration by ***" and was told they were never provided an address and have been unable to reach "Restoration by ***" despite repeated phone calls. To date, I have paid $1000. I have been billed the remainin $5085.25. I have tried to call "Restoration by ***" now "***" at ***, ***, and email at ***.com and *** for several months, and have been unable to speak with a single person regardin this issue.

We had a flood in our house, and when we called Cleveland Water and Fire, they came over real quick. They were really nice and told us what they were gonna do to fix our messed up home. They did a great job, and the crew was awesome!

This company is amazing! I had a flood in my basement and they came and took care of it. They did a really good, clean, and wonderful job. The guys who came to clean and sanitize my whole basement were Larry and the President. They also supported me during this tough time, which wasn't even part of their job. In a situation like this, you couldn't ask for more comfort and kindness. They are very professional, know what they're doing, and are kind people.
