The neurology dept referred me to pain mgt for ketamine infusions. No one ever answers the phone and you can only leave a message asking them to call you back to be scheduled, which they never do. If you call the main hospital schedulers, they tell you that they can't schedule for pain mgt. Neurology keeps telling me they will have them call, which they never do. Then I sent a msg asking them to send me a referral to see if I can get ketamine in my town, which I now know I cant. Neuro informed me that I have a jan appt and someone from pain mgt will call, which they did not and when I looked on mychart, today, there is no jan appt. I am very annoyed with this process and that your schedulers are too lazy to do their jobs and are okay with leaving people in pain and without care.
