On Thursday, April 2 2026 @3:15 P.M. I had a sceduled appointment with Cleveland Clinics office located at 1450 Niles - Canfield road with Doctor Tolga Icli, I arrived at his office @ 3:00 P.M. as instructed by the text message I received, I was called back to the exam room by his assistant at approx. 2:55 P.M. she checked my blood pressure, asked a few questions, and told me the Doctor will be right in, @ 3:40 P.M. I still hadn't been seen by Doctor Icli, My scheduled appointment was at 3:15 P.M. I ended up leaving at 3:40 walking out 20 minutes later,I get a phone call from his assistant asking where I was, I told her I left and to cancel my appointment and close my records as I will not be back there under no circumstances, If I'm 15 minutes late for an appointment, I have to reschedule, that rule works both ways, I waited over 45 minutes on DR. Icli, and was still sitting there, it will never happen again, Cleveland Clinic will never have me as a patient again, MEDICAID AND CARESOURCE INSURANCE WILL be notified tomorrow morning, and I will launch a formal complaint with them, I have other things to do with my time, you have the nerve of wanting $50.00 for missed appointments or force me to reschedule if I'm late for an appointment,
