Cleveland clinic which used to be highly regarded has fallen far and hard in the publics eyes, facilites are unkempt and mold exists in public bathrooms at the westlake location, for one instance, scheduling has become a nightmare as they can not make appointments more then 3 months in advance, rude customer service, doctors are leaving after only serving short stints just to use the clinic name on resumé's which has less meaning anymore. Patients, at least me. Are not being informed of major doctors leaving left in dark with no follow up for months due to no new doctor assigned, ceo only cares about major donations for expansion yet has completely unhappy staff and never recognizes it

Recommendation: FIND ANOTHER APPROVED HOSPITAL
