DEI Is the Cause.

Rude obnoxious employees in almost every dept. As a young 64 I am not keen to be treated like a “lost old woman” when Cleveland Clinic Put Me in the Wrong section to begin with. No “ We are So sorry”’. Just an angry witch staring me down telling me it’s “OK”. I told her Misinformation is never “ OK” especially at a Hospital after her second “ It’s OK”. The Nurse Practitioner in Obstectrics/Gynaecology Read me incorrect information in my file. Told me I had a test I did not have and stated the Dr Stated something He did not say…….I WAS THERE!
The NP said I needed Bone Density Test but sent me away without scheduling one. This is not the first time. I am scared sh-t less to get sick as the Tradition Hospital is Horrific with people who cannot speak English wearing masks, making communication impossible. The Martin County Hospital is awful too. This corp is a DEI DISASTER! Just about every employee appears to be angry or rude and it’s a very disturbing experience.
Now I find that Cleveland Clinic wants to dump Florida Blue and that will Put a Huge Burden on my family and many, many others. The misinformation is stunning and scary. The people make it a terrible anxiety producing experience. Do Better Cleveland Clinic or Move On.
