Walked into Clarkson store at 18915 State Rd 54, Lutz, next to the Publix.
Monica put new nose pads on my glasses and handled my adjustment. She tried repeatedly to get the desired frame fitting, but due to the frame construction; it became apparent that simply was not possible. She then tried to find a new frame that may possibly work. No final decision has been made in that regards yet.
Monica is a true asset to your company. Pleasant, knowledgeable, with excellent customer service skills. She simply went above and beyond in trying to adjust my glasses to my desired liking. She has a fantastic smile and personality. I hope to return to that store for future eyewear.
