Sorry to say but I was travelling into city bus from farwaniya to jaleeb and the driver misbehave with me and abused me with a very rude behaviour. When my destination arrived and I said to stop the bus and just I said please behave nicely he did not stopped the bus and told me that he will take me to the police station he closed the bus gate. Somehow I stopped the bus and I get out of the bus when other passenger was getting out. He just insulted me in front of everyone and shouted on me just because my leg get slipped and my hand fall on the machine of ticket with force.. I want strict action on that bus driver. Attaching the ticket.

From hawally waiting the bus 8:30am to 9:20am no bus service , another company have 2-2 bus service oh come on we are wrong buy this company pass please if u can't increase ur buses in the is route so we will change our bus pass with KGL.every day same same issues kindly solve the issues or we change with another company

In jahra bus stop opposite Khayma mall date 08/04/22 waiting from 10.15 pm and got citybus 103 at 11pm

In this gap of 45mins I have seen 3 citybus come from Kuwait to jahra out of this 3 not a single bus came at stop of Khayma mall (near sultan center)

I have also seen 5 KGL buses passed from my side

Hope u will take serious action against this issue

The driver is rude and speaks inappropriately, when asking him is there a reason that you stop for along time he answer with if you want to go fast go taxi and he take the money out and open the door! Iwas shocked the way he answer me and he get me very angry I just ignore him and setback and he keep looking to me throw his mirror and walking very slowley (10m/h) for like half min continously

12:48 3 city bus pass in salem mubarak st why all closed the sign and they dont want to take passenger whats the problem for them they dont want to work or they want only talking telephone while there time finish😡😡😡😡 and we have work!

I am long time traveling in city bus this incident was happen in 7-2-2022 time 15:52 route 77x driver : 25039 very rough driving n he doesn't know how to drive

Kindly take action against him

morning 9:40 agaila to mahboula i trip in the bus bus but the driver get money from me but he didnt give me the ticket

Now days the buses are looking very untidy and I had observed before as well and yesterday was pathetic which I experienced in citybus. Some idiot just chew tobacco and spitted in the bus at the back side sitting. There are CCTV's in the bus and they should get this recording and penalize the person who did this in the bus. It becomes very difficult for other commuters to commute looking at all these. I am attaching the pics and my travel ticket for more information. I don't know who was that person who did this but please see CCTV and find out.

Im complaining about last sunday july 25, 2021 I ride in a1 bus when we reach in apollo salmiya he asking me if im using bus pass I said yes and he told me to go down because he is late already he need to go back in avenues I said I only using a1 passes so he go but when we reached boulevard stop light he go u turn and he didn't bring me where should I go down I told him im only delicates and he didn't listen he go u turn to go back avenues... I go down and walk should be he will drop all the passenger before he go back where he need togo. That is not good not because i'm alone already passenger in the bus so no need to drop where should be I go... Please I want some action to this complain... I post my ticket so you would know who's the driver

The Bus driver of city Bus 39A which go to suban area is always talking very bad words to customers. Today the driver make a fight with customers also. Not stopping at the bus stops he is always making rush drive with other bus. When customers ask to stop the bus at stops he was told that he will not stop there. After that he talk bad words to the customers. Today's issue is not a first one. Before also same likes happened. Please take the necessary action to this driver. If the driver repeat like the customers will not not become patiently at all time.
