Please register my complaint about the miss behavior and bad conduct of the driver and not dropping the passengers at proper bus stop. The driver does not follow the proper route from Mubarkya to Maliya. Before Maliya there are two stops but the driver goes to another route straight to Maliya leaving a lot of passengers to inconvenience.

I hope you are going to address this complaint soon and try to give best hassle free services to their passengers.

Most of the driver of city bus 102x they not stop in highway bus stand Abu fatira they all go straight rout without stopping bus stand.we are regular passengers of city bus and we are buying bus passes for 15 kd so what the benefit of our pass they don’t stop in bus stand in Abu fatira please sir I will request you solve this our problem as soon as possible…….

This is not the first time i take the bus with the same driver and he drives very badly in a dangerous way. I tried to talk to him but his attitude was very rude and when i told him that i will complain he didn’t care at all.

City bus really need professional drivers, or at-lest a person who can behave properly to the passengers. Today morning i took a bus 102A. From hawally and my destination was fahaheel, When i spoke to driver that why he is late and what is the reason he is using phone while driving? And I never thought his response will be so so aggressive. He stopped the bus right in the middle of a road and started abusing me with a very vulnerable language. He came out of the drive seat and pushed me. Other passengers were trying to help me but he was so aggressive and the situation was very terrifying. When i said him to move the bus as he is blocking the road he was not bothered and with all his anger he started manhandling with me, luckily some passengers help me to rid away from him and then i left the bus, with a lot of pain in my chest and throat. Ill share the picture of a driver and his aggressiveness is clearly mentioned there.

Dear Team.

I am suneesh I just want to Inform one thing especially about 15 number bus it's not stopping near Indian Embassy.Because while finished my duty I need to stand there at least one hour for getting city bus to salmiya it's not about my concern so many passengers like old ages are waiting there to catch the bus.Actually I don't know what's the reason behind that all other number buses are stopping there.

I don't no if you are accepting or raising this case to above the concerned authorities.

The 15 Route bus never the stop the boulevard bus stop always the keep doing the exercise inform to the passengers to change the bus as per driver the reason was he need to catch the route again today is my worst experience to travel city bus i take the bus 15 Route at morning 6:45 from bneid al gar once he reach Apollo stop driver ask all the passenger which will get down we all informed he inform to me only to take back side bus because he need go early he don't want stop boulevard stop behind that bus 66X is there and he stop in signal he told to me get down but he didn't inform the that bus driver once signal is green all the bus runaway without stopping so i lost the bus the driver also never care about passenger i walk 15 min from there to my bus stop.

15 number bus never stops on salmiya bus stop salem al mubarak street near sympony mall bus stop and the incharge is sitting there but he also dont try to stop the driver and they stop on tbere own will even if there are passengers waiting in morning time 5.30 am, is there no one to take action against this, this is goin on long time before and manh complaints have been given why citu buses are like this careless.

Buses on route 102a and 102x don't stop at all the bus stops on Messilah Road I stood on two different bus stops and I can see the buses keep driving on the main road and taking the right slide to reach the bus stop, one time I stood for almost 30 min until one bus decided to come to the bus stop, all the other buses (106 and 999) seems to follow the bus stops route except for 102. Sometimes it get too late that I take the 999 bus...it takes longer time and drops me further from my distanction but I have no other option since I'm a woman

i have entered the bus no. 66 to jabriya inorder to reach at royal hayat hospital stop. The bus driver had an assistant type guy with him who had entered the bus in a different stop and asked each and everyone the tickets. I was a student and did not pay for the ticket. The assistant type guy asked me the money and i gave. Then when the bus was arriving at royal hayat hospital stop, the bus driver did not stop. I kept on pressing the stop sign and he did not bothered to stop, and stopped inside hawally.

Bus number:5452 i am loyal passenger of city bus A1 heading to avenues. This driver always talking and stay long time almost 40 mins staying in salmiya. Now we headstock on traffic. He is always talking on his phone.i hope you have an action for this kind of driver . Might be regular passengers will get stop riding a1 if the way like this. Thank you

I am city bus pass holder I was waiting for bus 39A at New Rigga my destination was Jaleeb and I was waiting from 10 pm and bus arrived at 10:35 pm but bus didn't stop I was running behind the bus still driver didn't stop is this the way your driver treat passengers for this kind of service I am paying 15kd per month...?

Your one bus driver behaviour not good I am your pass holder sir my daily route hateen jaber al Ahmad hospital to jaleeb he always not stopping bus for me he said to me again i watch u i not take u in the bus

Every afternoon I have to walk infront of on coming traffic to catch bus 747, to get to airport. The drivers are not coming on lane one which is closer to the busstop. There are times that drivers have asked me to walk all the way to crown plaza busstop. I wish to understand the safety policy of CITYBUS towards its passengers. Call back at [protected]

The. Bus 66 and 66x are very bad smell and very dirty and driver are also driving fast and not stop properly no 15 bus 7826 bus number the driver is Egyptian and he smoked inside the bus and the smell of cigarette in side bus and. Very dirty

عند انتظار الباص للوقوف في موقفه فانه لا يوقف ، بل يستمر بالحركة.

عند وقوف الباص77X في منطقة الرقعي ،

السائق تلفظ بالفاظ سيئة وانتقد قراري في انتظار الباص وان المسافة قصيرة ولكن هذا قرار شخصي .

أنا أقوم يالدفع للباص وهذا شيء لا يعني السائق

Driver didnt want to stop in official bus station (Fintas -London Hospital). There is a official sign. That was today 09/May/22.

Kindly note that is not the forst time that the driver of this rout doesnt want to stop even there is a official sign in this bus stop.

What is this? I mean it's been more than 30 minutes to wait for route 66 , are you jocking with? i skipped 6 KGF bus till now couse of i have city bus pass & you service is too tooooooo bad.. never ever again will renevel the pass, thank you for your worse service ever

Most bus drivers for the route 106x don't keep time and delay on the way

Kindly speak to the drivers to do their duty and not to overcome other drivers duty

All the drivers are just trying to earn commission and putting all the passengers on the in the middle of the road
