City Tele Coin review: Funds were mistakenly applied to media account instead of the intended messaging and phone communication account.

I hope that you can resolve my issue my issue is from August 19th to 2023 until August 27th at 2023 which is today I have paid $215 intended for the messaging and phone time account so that I could talk with my husband and he could get a hold of me however that's not what happened it apparently went to the media account all $215 and that was never okay by me that was never authorized by me. I am very sorry if I seem very upset I am upset and I'm panicking and because you see I am a single mom with triplets and we are on a tight budget and we are on a limited income especially with him being incarcerated and he's where he should be because he wrote the law so he needs to pay for him but unfortunately we are also having to pay for it and we especially these kids are the innocent ones and I really am just pleading with you please reverse that money so that we can stay in communication the kids can talk to their dad it's very very important to me I would greatly greatly greatly appreciate and it would it would show that you truly do value your clients and customers and that you have morals that you stand by and I would greatly appreciate that and I would also give you amazing reviews with everybody I know and on LinkedIn I searched all over the City telecoin app for any instructions any clarity any anything that was informative and precise and instead what I found was Dick's organization chaos unprofessionalism and like a half-hearted attempt it seems like there is no not even any effort put into making a good app for this I mean it's just awful and now I'm not $215 and I have no more money to put on his phone time so now I can't talk to my husband all because somebody couldn't be bothered to take five extra minutes and type out clear-cut instructions on how to apply the money to here and what happens if you put the money on the tablet time and what happened if you put the money on the phone time you just can't go on assumptions that's why we are in this position right now and im hopeful that this will be righted and immediately get resolved, Bottom line I would like my $215 reversed and put on my husband's messaging and phone time so that he can call me only I don't want him to be able to call anybody else on my money, or my only other acceptable option would be for you to refund me my $215 so that I can start over and allocate the money to his account how I originally intended I would really appreciate your cooperation and prompt response to resolve this issue and to the satisfaction of everyone involved.
