I sent eco drive 100 watch , serial 601020487 purchased feb 2024 from Norms Jewelry Providence ri, with 5 year warranty. The crown bezel stopped screwing down and will not set date. I mailed the watch insured to the service center in Torrance California. Postal receipt indicates it was delivered on Jan 17 I have not received any notice or email regarding the watch.
They have not replied to email. Telephone recording on Feb 13 said I would get a call back. I have not received one.
