Citizen Watch Company of America review: 0 customer service; misrepresented product

I purchased a promaster on 2/13/26, received it on 2/17 and 5 days later it fell off the counter and the crystal shattered, although the description on the website clearly states "the crystal is impact and shatter resistant" and "we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products with our 30-day money-back guarantee", see attached I called them and they asked that I send it in for "assessment", which was a play on words when they tell me it needs to be repaired, indicating I cannot return a repaired watch and i'm now beyond the 30-day money back guarantee because they kept it more than 30-days, sending it back to me on april 6th, total deception, distortion, dishonesty, lies and cover up. Add insult to injury, they have the audacity to tell me to look up the meaning of "resistant" and then rub it in my face with "we repaired it at no charge"!
