I tried to book CVG fancy parking with my points for a flight in September 2022

I tried to book CVG fancy parking with my points for a flight in September 2022. "***" told me to pay first and then send the receipt for reimbursement. I sent the receipt three times and called and emailed *** over 20 times, but I haven't received any response. I gave *** my new phone number and address, but she stopped responding to me since January. I tried to contact her supervisor Carlos R, but no luck. I want my $178.00 back.
