I got Cincinnati Kitchens to redo my kitchen

I got Cincinnati Kitchens to redo my kitchen. They started on 11/29 and finished most of the work by January 12, 2022. I paid them everything, but they still had to do some things like the cabinet hardware, baseboard, caulk, quarter round trim, LED lights, and floor gap. They fixed the floor gap, but the quarter round and some of the trim was not attached. The countertops also had some defects, and they sent someone to fix it, but it chipped off again. I called Darin several times, but he hasn't called me back. I need them to finish the job and fix my countertops.
