True North Hot Tubs

I bought a hot tub from True North Hot Tubs in October that was supposed to be fixed up. After a few excuses, they finally dropped it off at my house. They didn't replace the jets even though it was written on my ***. They said the jets were on back order. They messaged me on December 1, but I've been trying to contact them since then and they haven't responded. I even told them I'd write a bad review on *** if they didn't fix it. They said they'd send someone out, but it hasn't happened yet. I think they're not responding because they don't want to deal with court. The jets are only $200, but they're taking advantage of people. It's been 6 months and I have all the texts for proof. Thanks.
