Cinch Home Services review: Lack of call back

Total lack of communication from management to try to resolve problem.
Call center refuses to connect to a manager or supervisor. They read from their script which is designed to just delay and delay until you go away. With temperatures over 110 degrees and HVAC not being fixed by multiple contractors, it was time to talk to a supervisor. Two weeks later and a BBB complaint and still no contact from management! Very good at collecting premiums, not good at fixing problems.
