Chowking review: Special Halo halo and Pineapple juice

We decided to have our meal take out because we're in a hurry. Not that much no. of customers that time but it takes 30 mins for our order special halo halo to be made. Not until we follow up then we found out they did not put it in the pending order. The we got home very upset until we found out that there's no pineapple juice the paper bag. Hope that management should take action of this. Thank you
