Chowking — service
Your customer service sucks! You don't ask your customers if they want to upgrade their drinks, you do it for them automatically. That's considered being impolite or rude. Plus the fact that you make your customers wait for more than 15 minutes for their meals to be served. It is not the responsibility of the customer to follow up on their meals every now and then.
The service crews are also rude. You can't even bother them when you ask for a follow up on your order. They literally ignore you upfront! Not to mention, the counter smells like trash.
Yes, the food is very affordable compared with other fast food chains. But the name itself does not suit you.
Are you trying to drive your customers away? Is this the feedback that you are wanting to get? Is the management even aware of this? Are you guys reading all these negative feedback that the establishment you're working for is getting? Seriously. You've got to make a change!!
