Your customer service sucks! You don't ask your customers if they want to upgrade their drinks, you do it for them automatically. That's considered being impolite or rude. Plus the fact that you make your customers wait for more than 15 minutes for their meals to be served. It is not the responsibility of the customer to follow up on their meals every now and then.

The service crews are also rude. You can't even bother them when you ask for a follow up on your order. They literally ignore you upfront! Not to mention, the counter smells like trash.

Yes, the food is very affordable compared with other fast food chains. But the name itself does not suit you.

Are you trying to drive your customers away? Is this the feedback that you are wanting to get? Is the management even aware of this? Are you guys reading all these negative feedback that the establishment you're working for is getting? Seriously. You've got to make a change!!

    napaka simpleng instruction hindi pa masunod, kulang ng extra rice pero bayad yun gextra rice, and nakailan ulit ako ng vinegar pero wala pa din, at late na sya ng almost 15mins. nakakawalang gana umorder !!!

    kumaen kame sa chowking 10th ave. nakaka disaapoint lang yung ppunta ka don gutom kayo tapos yung mga service crew . parang ndi kame welcome . puro daldalan chismisan .. tpos yung mga product na iorder namin ang tagal nbago iserve kualang kulang pa walang condiments .. tapos awalang manager s sa baba .. haysss nakaka disaapoint . masarap sana sa feelng yung gutom kna at pagod pero welcome ka nman sa kakainan nyo ...

    Kumain kmi sa lrt chowking taft around 9am pass.. ung sister ko halos di na ubos ung food nia..nanghinayang ako kya po sabi ko s crew na mataba kuya pa take out ako ng food.. all i know binalot nia ung food un pla tinapon nia po.. noong tinanong kopo c kuya sbi nia tinapon nia daw po.. sabi ko po kay kuya. Kuya db sabi kopo sau itake out.. di man lng ngsorry bigla lng po nia akong inalisan.. grabe nmn po cia...

    Your service in Al Khobar Saudi Arabia Ramaniyah Branch is so slow..the service crew don't advise the customer when to stop the service during the prayer time. they just simply let the line go and simply advise the next inline customer that they will not accept any order because of prayer time. I was in the line for 30 min in suddenly it was my time to order the crew said we are tempory closed. Idiot crew you have he should advise me at least 5 min ago so that I will not waste my time for nothing and of course I can look for other to fast food store to serve me before the prayer time.It really sucks and unprofessional crew you have.. not only me a lot of us were victims of this idiot chowking crews at Ramaniyah Al Khobar branch. I am a chowking man but next time I will think ..
