Checkredi - Return item fees

I was charged a fee for a return item due to my account associated with my Circle K. The reason for the return item was that my bank account was frozen. My computer was hacked and subsequently, was scammed, therefore needed to open a new bank account. Checkredi Fees, unable to contact office of president,

I have been charged a $25.00 fee; another bank experienced a hacked card, all my accounts were altered to provide capital preservation. This company refuses a "one time" waiver as I would expect. Never in decades have I had this happen!

Numerous attemps to resolve the issue have been awful. Employes are trained to stonewall you until you give up. Never has a company "office of president" been unreachable!

Bill rock please contact me!

Unfortunately, the fees are not waived unless the return was due to an error on, our merchant or fraud. If the return was due to fraud, please send a letter on your bank's letterhead, signed by a bank rep stating why the payment returned and the date it occurred to collections@checkredi.com or fax to [protected]. We will then review and provide a response.

The return fee is agreed to in the terms and conditions of the account, is assessed per returned item and the fee amount is based solely upon the state allotted return fee, not the amount of the transaction or purchase history. Also please remember these transactions are processed as ACH items which are essentially electronic checks, they may take 3-5 days to complete the banking process. I hope this information helps you to better understand the transaction process and prevent any other returns.

Checkredi CHECKREDI Charged me 30$ because my payment was delayed for 2 day's

I used the Sphinx app to pay for gas, on July 1st, 2023,

Jul 3, 2023 CHECKREDI -ZIPLI RETURN FEE PPD ID: [protected]

ACH debit -$30.00

Jul 3, 2023 THE SPINX COMPAN RETRY PYMT POS ID: [protected]

ACH debit -$49.52

I did not know my bank had insufficient funds as A bill I was not expecting was charged to my account,

As a result, they had to wait two days to get their money, but they charged my an additional $30

I called them but they refuse to refund my 30$

I will not be using Sphinx as long as they use Checkredi!

Desired outcome: refund my money!

Checkredi unauthorized deduction from bank account

I unlinked my back from this pay app for circle k and y'all are still talking money out of my account. Ok unlinked it last week when the charges I had made on the card one time for two monster energy drinks were takin or if my account there days after the purchase wich over drafted my account and infs my account y'all too 30 some dollars for that transaction now you too 30 for a card I don't even have connected to my account

Checkredi unauthorized deduction

On September 6, 2017 I was checking by bank account and found two charges of $30 each. I called checkredi customer service to inquire what the charges were for; was told they were fees for checks that had been redeposited. My issue is, one of the $30 fees is from December 16, 2017 and was taken care of then but they took another $30 out of my account today(9/6/2017) for this transaction. Why was I not contacted about this?
I went back and checked my account for the month of December of 2016 and had no returned check.

Checkredi returned check

I had a returned check that was written to the school for $10.00. It bounced because of forgetting about it and not balancing it in. I received a bill from checkredi for $40.00 to cover the check. I sent them a money order for $40.00 and two months later I received a letter and the money order in the mail from Shepps and associates stating that I now owe $210.00. Can they really do this? I paid the bill. They have not tried to contact me by phone even though the letter states that they have. I do not know who these people are. I have called and left messages and I get no response. I have now gotten another letter in the mail stating that I have 7 days to pay the 210.00. They are saying that my payment was a "partial payment". I really dont know what to do from here...

btw mail should be certified, return receipt requested and not electronic access to your accounts. money orders will suffice.

stop being a fool kimmy. get on google and look for cease and desist letters. next fire one to them and include the proof of payment done.
now kimmy you said you do not know who these people are. and you paid them $210? how? and just how do u agree to a go from 10 to 210, are you nuts? you are classic case waiting to happen to a nigerian scammer or the latest, the indian scammers. don't go through life being so ignorant. get on google and don't play nice with scammers. buy an air horn and blow it on the phone. trust me it works, they get the hint real quick not to mess with you.
ordinarily $40 is ok. but these scammers don't stop there, they keep pushing to see if you are a soft target from whom they can extract more and more $$$. so what you needed to do is attach the money order copy to the $40 bill and mail it to them as proof it was cleared with a cease and desist letter.
btw did you check with your bank if they had passed on this bouncy fee to these scammers? or will the bank come later and tell you that you have never paid the fee?

Did you call them?
How old is the check?
Second was this a first or second notice from Checkredi?
Did Checkredi forwarded your money order to Sheps and Associates?

Checkredi - Unauthorized deductions from checking account

On Nov 20, 2009 my wife inadvertently wrote a chek on an account that we don't use and only keep minimal funds in. A few weeks later I received a statement from the bank saying a check was returned and was charged by the bank a $30.00 fee. Checkredi Abuse of civil rights

A debt collection agency that abuses and threatens those they are collecting from. Threats like 'we have yous ssn, we will contact our lawyers' etc were terms used during contact. By law you have 30 days to dispute a debt in writing with any debt collector. Do not let them abuse you. They attempted to collect on a debt the day after contact by issuing the charge to an account they knew did not have proper funds.

Again, not enough info here to try to help. Do you have a debt outstanding they are collecting on? Did they send you first notice? You mentioned a few statements they allegedly said during conversation. Of course they have your ss#. So what? I dont think the contact attorney one was very smart, but it may be an option they have to resolve the debt. if they intend on doing that, and it is legal to do so, then they can say it.

I also dont understand the last sentence. You gave them the OK to run a credit card on a bogus account? Fill in the blanks.

Also, violating FDCPA is not violating your civil rights. It is violating a federal act. not even close to the same thing.
