Charming Charlie online order

I ordered online with Charming Charlie on September 2. I received a confirmation email from Charming Charlie on September 2 at 8:55 pm. A week had passed and I had not received my order. I emailed the company 4 to 5 times. No one ever contacted me. The only thing I received back from them was "please allow 24 hours for someone to contact you." No one ever did. I called the company on September 19 and spoke with a customer service rep who gave me a case number and assured me that someone from Charming Charlie would contact me within 24 to 72 hours. No one ever contacted me. It has now been 240 hours and I have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FROM CHARMING CHARLIE. I tried emailing them again today and calling them but they are closed on weekends. What's another 48+ hours after its already been 240+ hours.
