Respective Mam/Sir,
This is to be inform that my flat roof is leaking from last three weeks, I don't know why, but yes it is clear that the leakage is due to water from all tanks which has been installed on the roof.
I know due to heavy rain it can occur, but I have noticed daily at morning without any rain the roof still leaking.
Its too difficult to live in this situation and it may be a big trouble in future because all the electric appliances can be reeling in water which may cause an accident.
So its a humble request, please take a kind action on this situation as its a question on Housing Board Department for their reputation and I believe it will be sort soon.

This is to be inform that my flat 2294, Ground floor, Sector 45 C, roof is leaking from last two weeks, its is clear that the leakage is due to water coming from 1st floor house no. 2294/1, they break their some pipe of house just to create problem for us. We already talk with them but they are using abusive language and not helping at all.
I have noticed daily at without any rain the roof still leaking when they putting water in that specific area.
Its too difficult to live in this situation and it may be a big trouble in future because all the electric appliances can be reeling in water which may cause an accident.
