This company manages my condo HOA
This company manages my condo HOA. I asked them to fix a leaky roof that has caused damage to my ceiling. I sent the request on 02/25, but I haven't gotten a response. I emailed them three times and called once. My last try was sending a certified letter to the company president. It's been 7 days since the letter was delivered, but I still haven't heard from anyone in the company.

Poor management of a condo association in ***. The condo management company refused to reimburse me for a ceiling repair - because, in essence, I waited too long between bugging them. They weren't the first management company when the issue occurred. I recently fixed the ceiling myself since I was selling. Now, they won't reimburse me. Also, they mistakenly removed an assessment fee after I had already paid for that month. They're also taking forever to refund it. I noticed this company is a member of the ComplaintsBoard.com? Seriously. The *** comments about the company are awful.

Section 10 of the CC&Rs for the subdivision says that Northwest Property Management is in charge of fixing the porch and patios. They fixed the backyard porch before to stop water from leaking into the basement. But now, the repair has failed again, and Northwest doesn't want to fix it. They won't even talk to me about it unless I involve the association's lawyer, which costs me money every time. They contacted the lawyer without asking me, because they don't want to discuss or fix the problem. I've tried many times in the past 6 weeks to solve the water and porch issues peacefully, but they won't cooperate.

I paid on 1/26 and got a receipt from May
I paid on 1/26 and got a receipt from May. But in July, they added a $35 late fee, saying they got the payment on 2/3. I called on 6/26 at 2:47 PM and they said I should talk to the billing or property manager. They called back at 3:42 PM and said they would remove the fee if I paid online. I paid on 7/20 (due 7/31). But today, 7/26, the online click pay still shows the full balance with the fee. I called Jessica Bloom and she said they "just" got the payment, 6 days after their online showed it was received. She said there were no notes about removing the fee on my account. When I asked for the manager, she interrupted me a lot and when I told her to stop, she threatened to hang up. I hung up and called again.
