Champion Home Builders review: What a mistake buying from Champion Homes

Dealer in Branson West, Cobb Homes required full payment when the corporate office doesn't do that. Reasons they do that, because they have no intention of fixing any problems you have with your home, it's been a battle. Kelly Cobb didn't offer options for larger tub, said the roof only came in black which was a lie. Was told by corporate it has only come in the weathered brown for about three years now. Didn't offer clear windows, didn't fix hot water heater that wasn't sent correctly as ordered, had to spend over $1,000 for that. An additional $200 to fix the ac that stopped working, had a home inspection done who called out all the issues with the home, that cost $360. Some issues were fixed some were not. Roof not repaired from damage in transit, still not black, no reimbursement yet on money we had to spend. Fireplace stones slopped up with mortar, etc. They installed the ac unit right in our walkway and now it has to be moved. Terrible.
