Dear Team CESC, >>We are having two (02) CESC customer IDs for our Home located at 116J M.L.Gupta Road Kolkata 700 008.
>>The IDs are : 11000039901 and 11000039895.
>>Of late, the monthly bills have been received and paid.
>>Please note that the monthly bill for the ID 11000039901 matches exactly with my own record.
>>But, the same for the ID 11000039895 exceeds my record.
>>As per my own record, the units consumed shall be 181 units, whereas in CESC bill, units consumed has been shown as 244 units ( which exceeds 63 units ).
>>Request you to please review the same and revert/Amend.
