Super professional job on my gate. could not be happier

I had been putting off the process of getting a fence installed for years due to finding a company that I trusted and because the idea was a bit overwhelming. It took less than 2 weeks from the initial call, receiving a quote, and having the job being completed.

This was a pleasant experience from the start. Once I gave Brandon the go ahead, he jumped right on it. The project moved faster then I could ever have imagined. The crew that worked my project showed up on time both days, were very courteous, and they worked non-stop until finished. They knew what they were doing which led to a great finished product.

I started with Central Fence about 10 years ago when Brandon helped me install my electric gate. I was very happy with the professionalism of the work done. Just recently I asked then to replace the wooden fence in the back yard. His crew came out promptly and did a very professional job. I have been very happy with the quality of their work and follow up support when I needed it.

Brandon, Sergio and the team with Central Fence and Gates did an outstanding job! Coming home each day I can't help but admire the work these guys did. There is no doubt in my mind that I chose a top-of-the-line product and was given the best installers. They promised a start and finish time and they were on time! The installers worked so well together, completing the job in a couple days as promised. You, Brandon, have an exceptional crew who upholds your reputation as wanting to please the customer and provide quality customer service. They left our property clean which we really appreciated.

I talked to the owner of Central Fencing, and we sent them some pics of our fence and our neighbors. They said they didn't make our fence 'cause the rails were different. We were supposed to get the same thing as our neighbors, and the warranty was the big selling point. If we don't have the same warranty, we want our money back. If we do, we need it in writing from the owner and the manufacturer, and we want the hardware replaced with the same stuff as our neighbors 'cause theirs ain't rusted. We're cool with replacing all the panels and gates too. I complained to the Louisiana AG's office, and they sent a letter to the owner, but he never got back to them.

We got two gates with keypads from Central Fences & Gates, LLC on 7/21 and they were installed on March 9th, 2022. After a few days, we went to check on our property and saw that both gates were wide open and the keypads were not working with loud ringing. We tried to call the owner, but he didn't answer or call us back. So, we called the installer who came out to fix the main driveway keypad. He said he would come back to fix the side driveway keypad, but he never did. We called and texted the owner many times, but he never answered or returned our calls/texts. We asked him to fix some welding issues, but he never did. We will take him to court if he doesn't resolve this issue.
