My complaint is your employee named David dropping truck 1961. I’ve called him to file a complaint because they’re running new gas lines in my area and I was told that since my old gas line wasn’t active, they weren’t gonna install another one. I do have a service order set up for gas service starting in November 1 second and most of all he had a bad attitude when I asked them for his last name he refused to give it to me and he seems to mean that he’s very prejudice against Black people. Why would y’all have somebody who has a prejudice background and a bad attitude

Desired outcome: Centerpoint Energy employee named David driving truck number 1961 failed to give me his last name also failed to install a gas line to my house. I have denied contractor access to my yard because of that.
