I have been getting charges for something I have never signed up for starting from November 2017 to July 2018 where it was 39.00 per month never bothered to look into until today and discovered they are fraudulent charges. As by the number of complaints this company should be shut down. I have been charged 9 months for something that we had never initiated totaling 351.00. I would love to discuss this further and get resolved.

I signed up for a 30 day premium for a 1X charge, not ongoing monthly. I just discovered that they have billed me for the last 6 months at $39.00 a pop. I cannot get a hold of a live person in customer service. Total scam
