I gotta say, Synergy is a pretty good company. They got some nice products and the website is easy to use. I ordered some stuff and it came pretty quick, no problems there. The only thing is, their customer service could use some work. I had a question and emailed them, but it took a while to get a response and it was kinda robotic. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would buy from them again.

I bought something from Synergy on Jan 4th and got a tracking number on Jan 19th, but it hasn't shown up on the carrier's website yet. I asked Synergy about it, and they said it's out of their hands. But when I tried to track it, it wasn't there. Synergy said to wait 21 work days, but how can I wait for something that hasn't even shipped yet? They already took my money.

I ordered from Synergy like a month ago and I still ain't got my stuff. They sent me an email saying they shipped it and gave me a tracking number, but when I checked it, it said my package was just chillin' in some place called *** for weeks. I asked *** about it and they said Synergy don't even ship through them, they use USPS. I spent a hundo on this site and I keep emailing them but they just keep sending me the same boring email back.

I ordered from Synergy on Jan 21, 2021 and paid $217 for express shipping. But USPS never got my package and I never got it either. The company keeps sending me auto emails, but nothing's happening. I think they're selling fake stuff and never plan to send it. I found out too late that others have been scammed too. So, I hope this review helps others avoid being ripped off by this company.

I bought 2 shake mixes from Synergy for $89.00 on 7/15. Got them around 7/30. Tried the shakes but the taste was weird so I hit them up to see how I could return the stuff and get my money back. They sent me 1 email saying sorry for the taste and asking how I used the shakes. I followed the instructions on the package. This company is a total pain to deal with and it's been over a month and I still haven't got my refund. They say they got a guarantee but that's a lie, they just want to scam people.

I ordered the Flatt Tummy Product from Synergy on January 13. They sent me an email on January 19th saying my order is on its way. They gave me a tracking number, but it still says my package is pending delivery. They said they will update me once they receive the package. It's been almost a month now, and I still haven't received my product. I tried contacting them multiple times, but they keep giving me excuses. I asked for a refund, but they said no. I found many other people with the same problem online. They keep advertising and posting on social media like they're a real business, but they're not. They're frauds and should be shut down. If they don't give me my money back, I'll start a class action lawsuit.

I got the Flat Tummy Tea deal from Synergy thinkin' it would come in 5-7 biz days. But now I'm hella pissed 'cause they sent the label to the wrong place and won't give me a refund. Then they say my package was delivered but I ain't got nothin'. I checked everywhere and even called the post office but they can't do nothin' 'cause it's a "smart post" package. This ain't just happenin' to me, it's happenin' to a ton of people. I want my money back ASAP or someone needs to fix this mess. Shoulda read the reviews before buyin'.

I got a text from Synergy saying if I buy now, I get a free mat worth $100. So I bought the stuff they wanted me to buy and then I hit up customer service to make sure I was getting that free mat. But they took forever to get back to me and then they shipped out my order before I even knew if I was getting the free mat. When I finally heard back from them, they said I'm not getting it because I'm not a US customer. But they didn't say that in the text they sent me. They said there was a promo page that said it was only for US customers, but that wasn't there when I bought the stuff. And they didn't even post the deal on their Instagram until after I bought the stuff. When I checked later, they edited the post to say it was only for US customers. I think that's pretty sketchy because I emailed them before they shipped my stuff to make sure I was getting the free mat and they shipped it out anyway so I couldn't cancel.

I bought something from Synergy's website on 1/15. They sent me a message on 1/21 with a tracking number from ***. After a week, I checked the tracking number and it said that the label was made but the package wasn't sent yet. I waited a few more days before I contacted Synergy. They told me that *** has my package but they forgot to scan it. I contacted *** and they said that Synergy never gave them the package, only the label. The label still says that the delivery date might change when *** gets the package. I emailed Synergy many times because they don't have a phone number. They keep telling me the same thing, but it's not true! They blocked me on social media because I warned other people about their bad business. I want my money back for this order right now! I don't want to wait another 30 days. My order number is ***. Many other people have the same problem. Someone should investigate this business!

I gotta say, I'm pretty worried about Synergy. I ordered from them on New Year's Eve and got a tracking number, but turns out other people have the same one. I did some digging and found out that tons of people have been ripped off by this company - over 70 comments saying they never got their stuff and lost their money. And get this - they don't do refunds! I know I'm not gonna get my order at this point, it's been almost a month and customer service is useless. They block and delete comments so no one else can see them, too. I'm so pissed off, but I'm gonna keep fighting to make sure no one else gets scammed. I lost $223 and the company stopped talking to me on January 13th when they said they'd send a new shipment in 24 hours. Like, come on, it's COVID times, a month is a reasonable time frame. Me and hundreds of others are getting screwed over here. This is the only place I can turn to for help. So, I ordered some stuff from Flat Tummy Co. on July 24, 2022. I got a bundle with a morning and evening detox tea, apple cider vinegar gummies, and a meal replacement powder, plus a shaker bottle. The website said it would ship in 1-2 days, but by July 29th I still hadn't heard anything. I emailed them and they asked for my order number and email, but then they didn't reply. I emailed them again the next day saying I wanted to cancel and get a refund, but still no reply. I even sent a third email today saying the same thing and that I'll take further action if they don't respond. They took my $120.05 right away, but now it's like they don't exist. They have a refund policy, but I don't think they're following it. I just want my money back and I shouldn't have to wait forever. Can someone help me out here?

I placed my order with this company on 8/20 for a bundle deal and I never received the shake mix. The shake mix is a part of the bundle and it did state it would take about 4 weeks for this product. I have reach out via email several times and they can give me a update on when to expect the shake mix. It has been 11 weeks since placing this order and still no shake mix.
