I would like to. downgrade my membership
I thought that when I pay to upgrade, it will.help.me look for jobs and not to seek employees. It was misleading. The reason that I joined to work, so when I was offered to upgrade I thought it will give me a.greater chance of getting a job. I.could not even get a support from the website to talk.with a representative to.deal.with my concerns. There are no help button to address any untoward issues. There is no customer service section to address any questions. I was directly sent to payment center, which I thought would get me job, but it was the other.way around. I signed in as employee, not as employer, so.wen i asked to upgrade, i thought it would help me get more.jobs. im desperate to have a job because i have a family to support
deceptive quarterly billing
We signed up and actually hired some of their referrals one who turned to have a record and was not even supposed to be around children. We ceased using their services and hiring their unscreened people and just realized that they continued to bill our credit card $70 each quarter. For whatever reason I overlooked this charge and about two years later they have bilked us for approx. $560. This so called company is a total ripoff and I strongly recommend everyone steer clear of these crooks. During this. Time we never received a receipt or anything to alert us we were paying for a service they knew we never accessed, let alone used. I repeat, care.com is a ripoff, run the other way. Ead32

I just went on to speak to a representative and no such thing. This is a complete rip off. Your company has had major complaint so you know what you are doing. You lost the meaning of the word care long ago. I wish for you to stop taking my money that I don't have. I am a senior on a fixed income . What happen to you company?
I cancelled my Care.com membership months ago. They continue to charge my credit card. I called the only 800 number I could find and they tried to sell me a medical alert device. When I tried to tell her about my issue, she ignored me and continued to tell me about a medical alert system. I eventually hung up on her because I was getting nowhere/
I have not signed up nor used any product from this company. I want my bank acct reimbursed.

The company has been charging my account $100 every month when I'm only supposed to be charged every 3 months, i would like my money refunded immediately this is fraud
I was checking my bank account and found a charge for $81.12 from CCI Care.com and I have no idea what it is or are having an acount with them nor any consent for such charges. I want the charge removed from my account and money return.
