Extremely poor service and shady practices
I took my car in for an oil change and strange burning smell coming from under the hood. They found that the oil filter was leaking. Next they came in to tell me my battery had gone bad. Next they came in to tell me that the starter is bad and not the battery. Quoted me a huge price and decided to have my boyfriend fix it. They come in to tell methey are recharging the battery but the car may not start once I shut off the engine. What? My car has never had problems turning on. I walk out and my car is already started. I get home and sure enough does not start. They messed up my car and will not admit it when I called them to complain.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
