Cato review: Manager Stephanie

At the Cato location 0880 there is a manager who is very unprofessional and has a very negative, nasty attitude towards her work. I’ve witnessed her treating her employees poorly and berating them. I’ve actually had encounters with her multiple times, she’s very disrespectful and condescending, I recommend avoiding her at all cost. Sometime in September and December I was attempting to do a return when I originally paid with card and she wouldn’t allow me to put it back on my card and stated that it must be on a Cato gift card instead. Then she proceeds to announce to the whole store embarrassing me about my transaction, it was very unprofessional. I also overheard a conversation she was having with her employees and she was cursing many times very loudly to where everyone else could hear.
