I bought some floors, carpet, and ordered two carpets to be made into area rugs from Carpet Land. Bailey from the finance department and Mike, the owner, told me I could return them. I returned the items to Carpet Land and they refunded the credit card that I used for financing. However, now I have received a bill from Carpet Land for an amount of money that is separate from my financed portion. The owner, Mike, claims that this bill is for the special ordered rugs. I tried emailing Mike to remind him that I no longer have the carpets in my possession since I returned them. I also reminded him that both Bailey and himself had said that the carpets were returnable. I had already received a refund for them through the financed portion. Despite my reminders, Mike has stopped responding to my emails. It's frustrating because I don't understand why I am now being billed for carpets that I don't have and had already been refunded for once before.

First off, them installers weren't too careful with them floor boards and ended up pokin' two holes in our walls. Our painter had to fix 'em up and charged us for it. Then, they went and scraped the side of our kitchen cabinets, makin' a hole in one of 'em. Our painter had to fix that too.
But wait, there's more! Them installers left black hand prints all over our fresh paint job. We tried to get rid of 'em, but no luck. Our painter had to paint over 'em. And that ain't all, folks. Them installers messed up puttin' our toilets back on, and we had water leakin' everywhere. We had to buy some big ol' fans to dry up the mess and get the bathroom walls repainted.
And get this, them installers tried to rip us off by overchargin' us for 600 square feet. Can you believe it? Luckily, CarpetLand sent someone to measure and they agreed that they had overcharged us. We're cool with payin' for the materials, but they gotta give us a discount for all the trouble.
We had to pay our painter extra dough, like a whole lotta bucks, to fix all these problems. He's got the proof and can vouch for it. But CarpetLand ain't givin' us a single penny off our invoice, even after this nightmare. The owner and his son ain't been helpful at all. They even said the contractor they used is one of the best, but then admitted he straight up lied to us about the square footage to try and squeeze more money outta us. It's just plain disgusting, and somethin' needs to be done to make it right.
