When I received the rugs, I was appalled at the quality. The rugs were made of really cheap material and the quality was subpar. I was not impressed with what I received and felt that I did not get my money's worth.

To make matters worse, when I contacted the company to return the rugs, I was told that I had to pay for the return shipping. I was further informed that I could return the rugs at their office located in Silver Spring, MD, which was a 40-minute drive from my home.
