We don't know much about how Careem handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. But until that happens, we ask reviewers to be cautious when dealing with Careem and using their services, and to carefully read the experiences of other customers on ComplaintsBoard, because who is warned is armed, you know! 💪

Careem careem promotion voucher through easypaisa

I purchased Careem promotion voucher through EasyPaisa that when did not redeem in Careem app. I made complaint the next day through email to both customer complaints. Despite several reminders through call, I finally got information from Careem that the code is valid for a week or so (not mentioned any where). Moreover, the both know that code has not been utilised. I have been receiving promos from Careem for promo code through EasyPaisa, but afraid would be deceived. I have also read comments of similar victims on the Face Book. Would suggest to take notice as otherwise you would lose your goodwill and due to joint collusion for fraudulent activities between Pakistan based Careem and other business partners would defame Careem at least in Pakistan.

Careem fare and peak charges

I booked the ride from health Secretariate to forest bazar Peshawar where as always I was expecting the maximum of 300rs. I used to have a bill between 200 to 300 for this much distance but I was shocked to get a bill of 767rs where peak charges of 488rs were included.
This is insane and highly unprofessional.
This isn't the first time I am facing problems with fare however this one is the most shocking and inappropriate way to cash money from customer with a gold status.
I am highly disappointed with careem and its fare and peak factor policy especially with their old customers.
There are more chances of uninstalling careem if such things wouldn't resolve even after complaining for so many times and getting fare which the specific distance totally don't care about deserve.
Highly Disappointed!

Me and my all three captains are blocked, the bonous of all the captains are also reversed without any reason, all the staff of supply office are stupid idiot no one talk properly or guide us or solve our issue, they treat all the captains and vendors are like there slaves, i am the vendor and my all the caotains are blocked including me, kindly guide me properly what to do now, kindly guide me properly, and kindly please train your supply office abbottabad staff they are bloody [censored]s

Careem immaturity of services

Dear Sir,
My self is working in private company. every company has its own penalty and rewards system. every company has its training program for every release of product features. but here I find nothing. let me share my story. it's being one month that I register my car in careem Islamabad office. I give my car to the driver. In one month my driver status was gold and careem and his acceptance ratio was 100% and the rating was 4.98 which good . yesterday my driver came to me that his id is completely blocked. I shocked. and visit careem office. they told me we have nothing in the system . but he has some financial complaint. I told him please let me share what type of complaint he has. he told me that please email on supportisb@careem. I email it but I get no reply. here is my question. in every orginization, if there are some issues with the employee first he warned then if he commits it again then he punished and then he gets dismissed. but here it's a very bad story no one knows why he blocked and what was the reason. Also, let me explain your careem captain app. every week you release and remove some feature but no training for aware of captain . Also, let me explain your support when a driver calling he should be lucky to talk to you within half an hour. No one can reach to you to know what was the reason for blocking my ID. this car was our income source. not only mine but every poor people. you know those who register their car in careem either they lease from bank or lease from other party but you people dismissed them without any warning and without any reason.No one can clarify what was his mistake. i just like a nightmare I don't know you people running a company or just kidding with poor people.

Careem fake ride

I booked a ride at around 5:45 pm on July 23, 2019 through Careem Application. I didn't get the receipt e-mail till now. Further for the said ride captain charged Rs. 682/- rather than Rs. 213 to Rs. 276 as per the application is showing at the time of booking. That amount the captain charged is on very higher side as you can see from the history that the daily charges are around Rs. 200/- on similar type of rides. It is not understandable that no record is available of the said ride in the history of Careem's application as well. Please investigate the matter on urgent basis and reply accordingly. For better understandings please find below few of the details of the history of similar rides:

Careem careem captain service

Assalamoalaikum sir.
I want to complain that last week I worked honestly but don't know why I got a message that due to my fake rides my bonus is reversed...
I felt guilty that I never booked a fake ride and evwn then they reversed my bonus without any explanation.
I opened a dispute but an agent namely SIKANDAR answered a question other than the question I Asked.

Kindly get my bonus back and ask them to update their system as it is making innocent captains feel guilty.

Careem miss asma careem office multan (pakistan)

Sorrowfully submits that I wish to discontine my work with careem due to harsh fikthy improper and non professional behavior of official staff of careem office multan.
I am vendor as well as careem captain plying three vehicles I go and business class. I visited your office at multan on 19.07.2019 with the request to add new vehicle in my portal. I met with miss asma in office who gave assurance that the vehicle has been added in my portal. It was saturday and sunday ahead so I requested the miss to check again. She gave full assurance but despite long wait the vehicle couldnt added. Due to which my business and targets were spoiled for two day.
I visited again on monday 22.07.2019 and complained about, on which the said miss asma became hyper and taunted me and refused to do the needful and threatened tha she would block ma captain portal and said that careem company is not depending on my 2/3 vehicles.
Mr mohsin cooperated and did my work.
I am very disheart and wants to stop my work with the company whi have no care or respect of its workers...

Careem careem network

Today around about 1:00pm to 1:30, I booked a careem rickshaw from kuchaa muhammad Sultan Pura to bastami road Samanabad. But when it arrives, the rickshaw was not starting due to some fault. We canceled the ride and outstanding balance was 110. Now at evening we book another careem rickshaw to bastami road. But when we reached our destination our calculated fare was 1014. But I don't understand on what parameter the fare was being calculated. Kindly check it in your record.

Careem payment of a careem package.

Hi! I'm a regular Careem user, on daily basis, so I decided to purchase a package today. I tried paying for the given package twice from my account but was unable because of any error but still, my account got debited twice.

My name is Zunair Rasheed.Today i booked a careem rickshaw under the name of mukhtar ahmad Leu.9559.He did not come and was playing with me like i am coming.your captain has arrived like that.i call him again and again but he did not response.i waited 18 mins but they showed me 4 mins on screen.at the end he cancelled the ride.I don't need this type of service if complaint will not pass.Thank you

Careem my bonus is not given to me

Dear sir my issue is I have completed 70 rides in week from (7 july to 13 july 2019) I full fill all the requirements to get the bonus.. Like I complete 70 trips with in time.. I was online for more than 60 hours and my acceptances rating is 91 % while 85 % is needed for getting bonus and my captain rating is 4.68 while 4.6 is required and the issue is there was last to trips which careem was verifying... I don't 9 what's careem verify in it.. And careem refused my last 2 trips and stoped my bonus... While careem take money of those trips as well as I just want careem call the customer to confirm if careem have any issue... And give me my bonus other vise I will leave careem immediately.. This is nonsense we drive car whole the week for getting bonus. We pay 25% to careem and get also. And careem stoped my bonus... I want justice.. I want to know on which behalf careem refused my last to trips..

Careem charges related complaint

I have a issue regarding my previous ride which I booked from kak pull to liaqet colony chkri road captain charge Rs 1252 but when I booked my ride add drop off charges show 300 to 495 why captain charge Rs 1252 as per captain its peak charges but at that time no peak show when I book my ride moreover me did not receive my receipt of my booking detail and when I call on Helpline I can't contact with representative it's so poor service I need help and on helpline no representative available as per ur instructions u can call on creem helpline after the ride I also contact but just recording play u want to became a captain press 2! Last ride which I booked on same location captain charge 390 or 490 and now 1200 why it's too much charge from Me return my balance to me! and deduct charges which show 489 or 490 somthing which show when I booked and response me as soon as possible and transfer credit on my wallet

Careem unjustified charged fare

Hello, My name is Usman Ahmed. Last night on 9th of July, 2019 I have booked a careem around 12:15am. Careem app notified me that your careem have arrived but it was no where near me, i have tried calling the captain but his phone was constantly powered off, i tried calling him for 10 minutes then took a rikshaw and went home. He didn't call me back once or to notify that where is he, i want to know why am i charged for that ride when neither i have canceled the ride nor i was able to use it. I want a refund and will try to avoid using careem service from now as this is the 3rd time same sort of thing happened to me.

Careem fraudulent money charged by captain

I would like to report an issue that I had with Careem captain:

Captain Name : Ali Haider Naeem
Car : Go Mini - Silver Mehran
Registration Number: LWQ-5313

Details:
I had a trip with your captain ( details as above) on 05/July/2019. On reaching my destination, the ride fare turned out to be Rs.255.
The amount given by me to the captain was Rs.500. The remaining was asked to be added to my wallet.
But more than 1 day has been passed but the due amount of Rs.245 has NOT been added to my wallet yet.
Also, the receipt of the aforementioned ride shows the amount recieved by your captain as Rs.260 which is highly fraudulent and totally worth a legal action againt the captain.
Kindly address my issue on high priority basis

Careem overcharged and history issue

Have completed a ride today at about 1:05 pm with white Toyota corolla #4088 (not 100% shured), he charged me high I trevlled from Ichra to college road township and fair was showing about 270 maximum with 25% discount but he charged me 540 Rs, I gave him 550 and said credit remaining one...

After that I checked the history but their is no ride and any history about my this ride even no text message and email.

Careem account blockage

Sir/Ma'am i book my last ride from garhi shahu to gajumata on 2nd June 2019 the expected fare was 460, but as the ride complete the fare Rs.1115 and the captain ask me to pay Rs.1080. i didn't understand the charges. But the captain asks me that the peak factor charged to you may by higher than the peak factor shown to you.
At that time i have no option except to make the payment.
After that i try to report it but the ride never shown to me.
And after that my account blocked.

I try man times to contact the customer care but no answer my call.

I E-mailed many times I was answered like this but the issue is not still resolved.

Careem fraud regarding driver

I booked the ride due to an emergency at 2pm. The driver wasnt giving me response and at 4 pm he said to me to cancelthe ride by myself so he could easily charge that money without any trip. When i called him he gave me threads that what so ever you want to do, do it by urself i'm not afread. Now where should i go to complain. Then he cancel ride by himself and made a charge on me of 190 pkr. Then i went to the nearest branch so they said we dont deal these in this brach go to the defence. Now tell me why should i go to that branch even am a gulshan client.. And one more thing how could i go there if i donot have a vehical. Now i have a right to claim on u people. Give me responce asap...
