He promised me that the total cost of transportation would be only 2500rs, and that the bike would be delivered right to my doorstep.

On the day of pickup, which was April 4th, 2022, some pickup boys came to my place to collect the bike. They charged me an additional 425rs, which I paid without any hesitation. Later that day, I transferred 2000rs to Shivam Bhardwaj's account via GPay, as he had requested. He assured me that he would send me the bill the next morning, once he reached his office.

However, when I received the bill on April 5th, it was a poorly created Word document with hardly any information. To make matters worse, the total amount mentioned on the bill was a whopping 7400rs, which was way more than what Shivam had promised me. I immediately refused to pay the amount and demanded that my bike be returned to me along with the money I had paid.

Shivam then demanded an additional 1500rs to return the bike to Bangalore. I threatened to file a police complaint against him for cheating and fraud, and only then did he agree to return my bike. On April 6th, they sent the bike back to me via the Porter app.

It was only later that I realized that the company that had transported my bike was not VRL Logistics, as Shivam had claimed, but VRL Packers and Movers. I had assumed that they were the same company, as VRL is a well-known name in the logistics industry.

I later found out that there are many other complaints against VRL Packers and Movers for operating in a similar fraudulent manner. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this site and this company. I am surprised that VRL Logistics has not taken any legal action against VRL Packers and Movers for tarnishing their reputation.

In conclusion, my experience with Carbikemovers.com and VRL Packers and Movers was a complete disaster. I would not recommend this site or this company to anyone.
