Capital One CreditWise review: Wrongfully credit reporting

I received an email from Capital one Credit Wise regarding my Credit Score was decrease by -8 which is a lot. I contact capital on which I have a Auto loan with and have never been no more than 3days late and i was advised on a recorded line using my iPhone and Capital one recording that Capital one had no knowledge of my credit score under credit wise being decreased. and was advise that Capital one would only report late payments if they were 30,60,90 or 120 late which the Capital one auto loan representative confirmed should not have happened under my capital one auto loan account.
