My husband recently purchased a boat and arranged for its shipping. According to the schedule, it is supposed to arrive today. However, I am currently waiting for it and unable to reach the company. Unfortunately, their website seems to be down or unavailable.

I have the bill of sale right in front of me, which provides the following information:

Our trip is scheduled for next month, from July 8th to July 12th. It has been a whole year since we last saw the kids, so this reunion means a lot to us. I'm feeling extremely anxious and worried right now. I desperately need assistance in resolving this situation.
