Brother Loan & Finance

In 2017, I decided to borrow $1500 from Brother Loan and Finance through an installment loan. Unfortunately, I was unable to fully repay the loan, and as a consequence, the company has started garnishing my bi-weekly paychecks at a rate of 15%. Additionally, they have obtained a judgment against me, demanding $4500. This situation has created significant challenges for me in meeting my daily living expenses. Despite my attempts, the company's lawyer has been unwilling to assist in adjusting the judgment or the percentage being garnished. While I am willing to fulfill my financial obligations, it feels unjust to be subjected to a judgment that exceeds 100% of the original loan amount. It seems like a blatant act of robbery.
