I'm on level 1291 n it's supposed to have 40 moves but it's only been giving me 14 moves. It's impossible to win with just 14 moves. I have been playing this level for 2 days, I am very frustrated as to why this is happening. I don't want to quit playing the game because I love playing Candy Crush and i hope this can be resolved in a quick fadhion. Please...

King.com 8/2018 elimination of boosters when I win

I'm disappointed in the way Candy Crush eliminated the boosters when a player wins a round. Previously, when I needed extra help from the color bomb, I could play an easier level to gain one. Now, when I win a round, there are no boosts to gain access to higher and more challenging levels.
Previously, a win would access a color bomb, then a "striped and wrapped" candy and so on.
That was awesome! Now this game lacks incentive for me to play it at all. There is no incentive and therefore no reason to continue having the app at all.

I have been playing this game for a while. I'm currently on level 2145. Why do you keep adding things to this game? When I open the game I spend so much time either clicking okay or closing out screens before I even get to start playing. Can you get rid of the "Buddy" option? I don't like that when I open the game it pops up and whenever the "Winning Streak" option appears it freezes and I have to shut down my iPad. Also, it's nice that there's a reward round, but isn't it enough to display that. Why do I have to also hit okay on a pop up screen? Honestly, some of the additions are fine, but I think you can stop now.

King.com itunes 1000 gold bar sale package

I ordered the package I got the gold bars but I did not receive the boosters. MLHBMBTBHN this is my order id, my document order is [protected], it was charged to my master card the date was August 25th. It was an In-Apppurchase Poopppeebutterfingers phone, I assume that was my grandsons input. The package I ordered was the 1000xGold Bar Sale Package which includes Boosters no boosters popped up but the gold bars did.

King.com getting charged gold bars for extra moves, but not getting the moves

Three separate times now, in the last week, I've clicked to spend 10 gold bars for extra moves. The bars get taken from my account but then I don't get the moves! The buttons go getting so I can't click on them anymore, but it never goes back to the game. So I have to cleck the X and I end up losing the gold *and* the game! I'm down 30 gold bars now! Unfortunately I didn't think to take a picture. And I don't want to wait/try to make it happen again!

King.com number of moves

I have a legitimate complaint about the Candy Crush Saga game. I am on level 1332, the game only allows me 12 moves. According to the tip sites, level 1332 has 40 moves. I have rebooted, the game still only gives me 12 moves. I don't know how to remedy this. If I reinstall the game, will I lose my progress? Does anyone know how I can contact King Games?

King.com reset of game.

I signed in to play just now and discovered that I am now back at the very first level. I was on level 1505. I have lost everything that I had won. What happened?
I need to be on the level that I am a actually on. HELP!
I will not start over on level 1. I will delete the entire game.
I have been playing this game e for over a year now. Why would it just randomly reset? At this level it is hard enough to advance as it is.
I hope that you will respond, and delete me how to reso.ve this issue.

This is Ray. It dropped me 300 levels. I was on 1536. I am not starting over either. I invested alot of time and money in this mess. Does anyone know the American Complaint Center phone number?

King.com fold drone. I did not get the helicopter the advertisement talked about

I purchased a drone from an ad, your site posts and it was not the drone that was advertised. The one on the video was about 4 or 5 times larger than the one I got, was supposed to be worth $2000 but selling for $100, has about a 5 kilometer range, seriously doubt this can go that far since it only lasts 7 minutes on a charge instead of 20 minutes. The video showed some guy throwing large amounts of debris, like sand or dirt and it took the punishment, this will not, I assure you! You posted a video that was false. The name of the drone is FOLD DRONE. This is completely unacceptable!

YOU NEED TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!

I also purchased a car finish product, several days prior to this piece of [censored], and have yet to receive it!

i plan on making it my life mission to bash on you if you do not make amends and ensure I get the products I clearly paid for, and in American funds, on your website!

The worst part, is that the [censored]e drone I ended up with, could be bought for about $80 Canadian here in Canada!

My account was debited $1.99 x 2 when I authorized one debit for this amount. My account was debited $5.99 x 2 when I authorized one debit for this amount. This issue happens frequently but I have overlooked the issue. This is not right. Today is August 9, 2018 and time debit was about 8:00 EST. Again, this issue is not the first to occur as it happens frequently and I elect to forgive the debit. Please review and let me know what disposition I may receive

My name is Glenda milligan and I play your games daily and I spend alot of money. The last 2 months you have charged my account $3.19 both months that I DIDN"T agree to. Please pay my account back. The charges don't say facebook it says King G. CO. AND i DIDN'T AGREE TO THIS. You need to check your records and see that I do spend on the games but I WILL STOP PLAYING THEM IF YOU DON'T FIX THIS.

I tried to purchase a .99 cent gold bar package. I tried 3 times as each time I received a notice that the store was unavailable. I then tried to purchase the piggy bank for $2.99 and it also told me that the store was unavailable and did not go through, however, the money for all 3 transactions was taken and I was not provide anything that was supposedly purchased. I want my money back as these items were never given to me.

King.com paid $2.99 to open piggy bank a month ago, but can't use the gold bars

On May 25, 2018, I paid $2.99 on my iPad (actually $3.19, with tax, on my bank statement) to use the 60 gold bars I had accumulated in my Piggy Bank on Candy Crush Saga, but my piggy bank is still locked. I checked my purchase history on my iPad, and it clearly shows my $2.99 purchase on may 25th. Is there a way you can please unlock the piggy bank? Otherwise I paid money for nothing. Can you help?

I have no problem with advertisements, but they should be appropriate. While playing candy crush, you would not expect inappropriate content. I had children in the room when a video add popped up and said the F word twice and the B word once before I could turn my volume all the way down! That is completely ridiculous! I believe the add was for "musically".

King.com getting lives from my friends

Why dont I get lives from my friends.
I send them all the time and I get none back.
My husband and I looked at his game and he is unable to send me lives as I do not show up in the side bar when you start a level. How can he send me lives.
I have been playing this game for a long time and suddenly I am not getting sent lives any more. Have you changed something?

If you go to a place called "PlayBuddy.com" you'll find that Candy Crush is one of their favorite games. They are a group that sells cheat materials to players at Pogo, Candy Crush, and once upon a time, every game at Yahoo. I no longer play at Pogo nor do I waste my time at Candy Crush. To be fair, it's the only game featured at King.com that is a cheat, but I still refuse to waste my time on it.

King.com I keep buying the gold bars but can't use it! it's a rip off

The gold bars suppose to give me more moves or whatever I want to buy to continue playing. I buy them and it appears on the top of my playing screen but when I click to try to use it...nothing happens!
If Im paying for it then it should provide a service other wise this is stealing from customers.
The app doesn't give any option to explain or to retract.

I feel sorry for those in Admin as there is obviously nothing they can do. King.com candy crush jelly saga, over charged several times

I have complained before and deleted the game off all y devices. Every time I think of it I get mad. I have been overcharged several times and you refuse to fix it. I have a rule that I would never spend over a certain amount and I was charged multiple times in a row on my bank account.
If you do this to one or two people a day, you become multi millionaires in no time at all.
I will continue to tell all friends and family to delete these games.

King.com cheating on behalf of candy crush

Level 3327 in candy crush saga is different in my downloaded app than the original. Youtube video of level 3327 shows 15 yellow candies as target but my game shows 25. With 25, it is impossible to pass the level. I have brought it to the notice of kingcare but in vain. They are not replying to my multiple complaints. This action on their part amounts to cheating as they want their customers to spend more time on the app. Kindly resolve my issue
