I am part of the Customer Service team here at CanadaBicycleParts. We take customer service very seriously; we are known to answer email inquiries very quickly (usually in a matter of just a few hours) and always do our best to offer an unmatched customer experience.

I understand that you placed an order and were notified one week later that the parts were not in stock.
While inventory shortages do occur sometimes, every single order is manually checked on the same day that it is placed and the customer is notified immediately if there is a problem with the order. Could you please send me the ticket number of this notification so that I can investigate?

As part of our efforts to offer excellent customer service, Canada Bicycle Parts has a No Questions Asked Return policy, as advertised on our homepage and our Returns pages. In short, returns for refunds of unused gear are accepted within 50 days of placing your order, no questions asked. Therefore, if your order has not even left our facilities yet, I can assure you that an order cancellation and full refund is always an option, as it would still be up to 50 days later.

You say the refund still has not been processed. Could you please send me your order number so that I can investigate and process the refund right away if it has not already been done?
