Cambria Bikes is pretty legit, i checked out their site a bunch of times before i bought anything. but i finally got what i needed - a full face helmet - when they had a sale going on. the site was easy to use and pay for stuff, and their return policy made me feel better about pulling the trigger.

i gave them 4 stars though because shipping updates were kinda lacking. like, i didn't get any alerts on when items shipped or any tracking info. it was sorta like, i bought the helmet and then it arrived at my door. not a huge problem, but it's the sort of thing i think should be pretty standard now.

overall, Cambria did a great job on the important stuff. the sale price was awesome and the simple design of their website was really helpful for me. glad to have finally bought from them!

I found Cambriabike by searching for some cool new thermal pants for cycling, and boy did I hit the jackpot. The site was super easy to navigate, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in no time. All the items had descriptions, and most of the products had sizing information, which was really helpful since I didn't want to get the wrong size.

One of the best things about Cambriabike was the "Hot Deals" section. I mean, who doesn't love a good deal, right? And the 3 for 2 sale was the icing on the cake. I couldn't believe the great prices they had on some of the products, and I ended up ordering two extra things just because the prices were so good.

There was one item that I ordered that didn't exactly match the description, but it was pretty close. When I contacted Customer Service about it, they were really nice and explained that they don't always have access to photos of previous versions of products. They did say, however, that they would try to change the description to match the actual item they were selling in the future. The Sugoi bib tight that I ordered was still really high quality, and I was pleased with my purchase.

Overall, I had a great experience shopping on Cambriabike. The Customer Service was top-notch, and they were really helpful when I had questions or concerns. I'm so happy that I found this site, and I'll definitely be coming back for more cycling apparel in the future. Thanks, Cambriabike!

So, I was trying to order something from Cambria Bikes website last week and had a bit of trouble with it. But listen, once I figured it out, it was a great experience. The only problem was that I didn't realize I had to actually select some of the displayed options, even when there were defaults and no other choice. So, I kept pressing that sweet Add to Cart button over and over again, but nothing happened! I thought, well, that's it, it's out of stock. Not happy Jan! Anyway, I tried again with another vendor, but then decided to give Cambria Bikes another chance. And you know what? I discovered that the same problem happened again! Not happy mate. I even tried to add other items to my cart as a test, but again, nothing, nada, zilch. It was a bit frustrating for me. But hey, it's a new week and I was ready to get down to business. And then I saw it: the secret to my cart success! You have to actively select some of the default options before adding to the cart, even if there's no other choice. I mean, how was I supposed to know that? I'm just a regular Joe on the internet, not a computer wizard, you know. Anyway, just make sure to actively select any and all displayed options, then bam! You're good to go. Oh, and one other thing to note, Cambria Bikes is closed on weekends. Bummer, dude. Overall, I hope that people aren't missing out on the great products because of this sneaky little problem I ran into. But once you know the secret, it's a wonderful shopping experience!

I gotta say, I had a super easy time ordering from Cambria Bikes. The helmet I got was priced just right, and it arrived at my doorstep pretty dang fast. And let me tell you, now that I've had a chance to wear it with a few of my jerseys, I am over the moon about how good it looks with them. The combination of colors on this helmet is just plain smart. You've really got to hand it to the designer for coming up with something so versatile and good looking.

I will say that I haven't had a chance to try it out in hot weather yet, so I can't tell you how comfortable it is under those conditions. But for my purposes, it has been really comfy. I will also point out that I think it runs a little small compared to some of the other brands I've tried in the past - like Bell and Smith. The medium in this Giro model is alright, but it's a pretty snug fit. If I had to do it again, I might consider sizing up to the large.

All in all, I'm really stoked with my purchase from Cambria Bikes. And their customer service was top-notch, too. I've bought stuff from lots of different sellers over the years, but I have to say, these guys really went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I'll definitely be checking them out again next time I need anything for my bike.

Cambria Bikes is a cool place to buy your bike stuff, but lately their shipping speed and customer communication are not great. I recently purchased some items from them and it took them over 5 days to get my order shipped out, and this was even after I had requested them to make it quick because it was meant to be a gift. I was sent an email saying that one item was not in stock, but the rest of my order was left sitting there for 5 days. I wish they had just let me know right away that it was out of stock and shipped the rest of my order. Finally, I received an email offering me a different color, but I would have had to pay for the shipping costs since my original order had already been shipped. I received both packages 11 days after my initial order, on the same day! Overall, I still support CBO and their stuff, but it's not really worth it if you need your items to arrive in a timely manner.

So, I ordered a cycling thingy from Cambria Bikes, like, based on reviews and stuff. I used their sizing chart too, so I thought I was good to go. But when it arrived, like, I couldn't really judge if it would fit me perfect or not because I didn't have other people my specific size to compare with. You know how it is.

But anyway, the thingy was super high quality and, like, exactly what they said it would be. It came pretty quickly too, which I appreciated, and they even sent me texts to keep me updated on when it was gonna get here. That was pretty cool, right?

But then when I actually tried it on, there were some things that, like, weren't as great. First of all, the stupid zipper on the back wouldn't zip up or down without help from, like, another person. And, like, what if I'm the only one around when I need to use the bathroom or something, you know? That's not cool.

And then on top of that, the shoulder straps were just, like, super uncomfortable. I couldn't imagine wearing them for, like, a whole race or anything. So, sadly, I decided to return the thingy. But, you know, I am kinda waiting for more instructions on how to send it back and all that. I hope they make it simple, you know?

I stumbled upon Cambria Bikes while searching for my grandson's 16th birthday present, and I must say, I was impressed with the variety of options the website had to offer. I ended up purchasing a Race Face chainring for his Santa Cruz mountain bike and he absolutely loves it. He's currently living in Colorado with his family, where there are plenty of trails to choose from. He's always looking for new challenges and the mountains in Colorado don't disappoint.

However, his family is moving to Las Vegas soon, and I'm excited to hear about the new biking experiences he will have over there. It's reassuring to know that Cambria Bikes has quality products to help him pursue his passion for biking. The staff at Cambria Bikes were helpful and made sure to assist me in finding the perfect upgrade for my grandson's bike. Their high standard of customer service and attention to detail matched his perfectionism perfectly.

Overall, I highly recommend Cambria Bikes to anyone looking for quality bike upgrades. They offer a wide variety of products and their staff is always eager to assist with any inquiries. So I recently got my hands on the CBO 27.5 wheelset from Cambria Bikes and let me tell you, it's a game changer! I absolutely loved it and was hoping to get my hands on another one soon. However, my recent experience with their customer service was not as great.

After placing my order, I waited for three days without receiving any shipping notice. I was getting worried and decided to shoot them an email. To my disappointment, I was informed that there was a stock issue with the wheel set I ordered. I was a bit upset that they didn't inform me earlier, but hey, these things happen.

The following day, I decided to check their website just out of curiosity. I was surprised to see that the wheelset was showing as in stock! I called them out on it, criticizing them for not being transparent with their customers. They ended up fixing the issue, but I must admit I was slightly frustrated.

Despite all of this, I've ordered from Cambria before and their customer service has always been pretty decent. They did give me 10% off my order and even threw in a 10% code for another wheelset. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find anything comparable within that price range.

Overall, apart from the stock issue, I'm happy with my purchase and will definitely consider ordering from them again in the future.

My experience with Cambria Bikes was alright to begin with, but now it's been three days and my order still hasn't shipped. Other places usually send out my orders the same day I make them. The customer service representative was nice, but he explained that they are understaffed due to vacations. I guess I'm just used to much better service. Your customers are also trying to go on vacations and depend on having the bike parts they ordered. I noticed that the payment for the dropper seat post went through on my credit card immediately, but it's disappointing that the order hasn't shipped yet. It's summer time, which I'm guessing is your busy time, but you don't seem to value your customers enough to hire temporary staff or take any necessary steps to speed up the order process.

On top of that, most places offer free shipping for orders over $40, but I'm actually paying for shipping despite my order being well over $200. It's frustrating to pay for worse service than your competitors provide. At this point, I don't think I'll be using Cambria Bikes again. Despite their 4.7 rating on their website, I've read on several mountain biking blogs that other customers have experienced the same issue and Cambria Bikes hasn't found a way to improve their service.

As an unsatisfied customer, I hope Cambria Bikes takes this feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to provide better service to their customers.

I had some shipping issues with Cambria Bikes and tried calling them a few times during the week. I even tried on a Saturday, but all I got was a message from Tim saying he would call me back. I finally got a response to my email five days later and was told that my coupon was no longer valid. That was total BS! I received the coupon and was trying to use it during the time I was trying to contact them. Eventually, I managed to make the coupon work, but only on a fraction of my full order. The system had some glitch, and it was frustrating not being able to get help earlier. Cambria Bikes used to be one of my favorite bike accessories companies, but I don't plan on doing business with them in the future since they didn't offer any assistance or compensation.

Cambria Bike is a cool site where I got me some dope shorts. I felt like I was getting a real bargain for the price I paid. Plus, the ordering process was smooth like butter and my questions got answered right away. The sad thing was that when my shorts arrived, they didn't fit me like I wanted them to. So I had to send them back, but I was worried. Turned out the return process was also easy-peasy. However, I ended up paying for shipping expenses twice when I only got refunded for the shorts themselves and not the shipping cost. That was a real rip-off and got me thinking. It's a good idea to make sure that clothes will fit you perfectly before buying them on Cambria Bike. Otherwise, you might be spending a lot of cash on a wasted opportunity like I did. Boom!

I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the delivery service at Cambria Bikes. The product that I ordered took a whole week just to ship out! And don't even get me started on the actual delivery process. It was like watching a bad comedy routine seeing my package slowly make its way from Santa Maria, CA or Paso Robles all the way to Yuma, AZ.

But the real kicker? I was charged a whopping $24 for shipping for this subpar service. Like seriously, what gives? I don't know about you, but I expect a lot more bang for my buck when it comes to shipping fees.

All in all, I think I'm going to skip Cambria Bikes and just go with Amazon next time. I know, I know - it's not exactly supporting a "true" bicycle supplier. But if I'm being honest, the convenience of having my package actually show up on time is worth sacrificing a little bit of my moral high ground.

Cambria Bikes is a pretty decent website if you're looking to buy biking gear. But let me tell you something, they're not perfect. I tried to place my order multiple times and every time I got that same message saying that an item was out of stock. And get this, they didn't even tell me which item! How am I supposed to know what to change or remove from my order if they're not even gonna tell me what's out of stock? It's frustrating, man.

Anyway, I managed to get my order through by changing the color of my TLD Air gloves from green to blue. Why are they even showing green gloves as available if they're out of stock? Come on now, Cambria Bikes, you gotta get it together. And another thing, why is there no option to be notified when the green gloves are back in stock? That would be helpful, you know?

Despite these hiccups, I did eventually get my order and the products are pretty good. So, if you're willing to deal with a little bit of frustration, go ahead and give Cambria Bikes a shot. But don't say I didn't warn ya about their out of stock situation.

I bought a tri jersey from Cambria Bikes and shelled out extra dough for express shipping which should have gotten my shirt to me in 2-3 days. I put in my order on 6/3 and even though I've been tracking it, I still haven't gotten it as of 6/8. The tracker says it should be coming today, but who knows if that will really happen. I'm supposed to race tomorrow on 6/9, but it looks like I won't have even a second to try out my new jersey first. Is there any way you can make it up to me? Let me know what you can do, thanks a lot.

Had trouble adding my purchase to the cart on cambriabike.com, tried it on a couple of browsers, but still no luck. Finally had to resort to adding the item to my wishlist instead and then adding it to the cart from there. Nevertheless, I'm still excited about the gloves I'm expecting to receive! By the way, it would be really nice if the shipping charge could be refunded, and just so you know, I'm a graduate from CalPoly SLO! :)

So, I recently ordered something off Cambria Bikes on 31st May and gosh darn it was really slow to come! Like, it was listed as "in stock" but the order wasn't even fulfilled until 8th June. That's a whole week! Ya feel me? Also, there wasn't any follow up from them to let me know that my order was going to be delayed. So I hit them up by email and they gave me some real vague response saying that my order was being worked on and would be shipped out soon. What does "soon" even mean? I dunno, dude. Now I gotta wait for standard shipping with its delivery times ranging from 2 to 7 days.

Honestly, I'm not really impressed with the service I got from Cambria Bikes. Like, if they're going to sell products that are "in stock" then they should fulfill those orders in a timely manner. And if there's going to be a delay, then they should at least have the decency to let their customer know so they're not left hanging. It's not rocket science, man.

That being said, I don't think I'm gonna shop with them again any time soon. Like, why should I bother if I'm just gonna have to wait and then wonder if and when my order is gonna arrive? It's one thing to have products that I want, but it's another thing to have to deal with slow and unresponsive customer service. It's just not worth the hassle, ya know what I'm saying?

Ordered my bike parts on July 10th 'n' still haven't received them by July 21st. Apparently there was some biz scooze that halted the processin' time, but I ain't feelin' it when the customer service didn't make up for it with faster shippin'. I told 'em I needed these parts ASAP 'cause my bike's outta service 'cause of a busted chain. Not the kind of service ya wanna see if ya ask me.

Gotta say though, the phone consultation was aight, so I gave 'em two stars instead of one. Not really sure 'bout Cambria Bikes anymore guys.

Cambria Bikes (cambriabike.com) has got some good deals on their tires and it was free shipping which is always a nice bonus to get. But lemme tell you guys, the shipping was mad slow. The delivery was done by the Postal Service and that also took a while. It was three to four days before I was notified that my shipment was on its way. I usually shop at Jenson USA which is way faster than Cambria. At Jenson, they ship the same day usually. I've been using Cambria for years but lately, the service has gone down the drain a bit. Even though they got great prices on some stuff, their service ain't that good anymore.

So, I recently ordered a bicycle from Cambria Bikes and man, it’s been a rough ride. I thought I had lucked out with a new bike at a decent price, but boy was I wrong. When my bike arrived, it was clear that it had been previously used. I’m talking dirt on the wheels, tires, and other parts of the bike. It was a major bummer since I had paid for a new bike.

To make matters worse, when I called customer service, I was put on hold for a whopping 40 minutes! Can you believe it? And the kicker, I never even got through. I tried calling several other numbers for over an hour, including the sales department, both locations (since one would think they'd answer at least one of them), and even the corporate numbers, but no one answered any of the lines.

Overall, this has been a truly terrible shopping experience, and I'm feeling quite disappointed with Cambria bikes. I really hope they step up their game and provide better customer service and quality assurance in the future.

When I went to order my derailleur from Cambria Bikes, I had a bit of a tough time. It wasn't clear to me that I needed to click on the "color" button before ordering, and honestly, that seems like a silly requirement for a part that only comes in one color. On top of that, I wasn't totally sure which size to order. The WiFli mention was helpful, but I've seen short cage derailleurs described as WiFli before, so it's not totally clear. I appreciate that the description of the short cage Red 22 R.D. specifically calls out that it's a short cage, but for the medium cage derailleur I want, it would be really helpful if the description made it clear that it's a medium cage. Despite these frustrations, I'm really excited to receive my new R.D. and get it installed!
