California Department of Motor Vehicles [CA DMV] review: They made my wife cry and were hostile to crying children

My wife and I came to the DMV. My wife was trying to get help getting her permit, she had an appointment. But when she got there she had to re-apply. She is ESL and an employee named Ranjani were very sort with her and rudely directed her and despite her being in tears they continued to abuse my wife and be impatient and cruel. My wife is a very kind and patient woman and it was completely unnecessary and over the top. They also yelled to another lady to take her child outside after all the babies started crying because they demanded that our 19 month old not be allowed to be at my wife’s knees even though she wouldn’t have even been in the photo because she is so short, and so she started crying because she doesn’t like to be away from her mother especially since she saw that my wife was so upset, it was so unnecessary. She also passed by my wife afterwards and said something rude, completely unprovoked, this is completely unacceptable also. The supervisor is also disrespectful needlessly telling people “those are your only options” in such a way that it is curt. I have been coming here for decades and it is always abusive and pushy service. This place needs serious change. Ranjani is the main offender and brought my wife to tears continued to be rude to her after she was in tears and then harassed us while we were sitting waiting for next steps (not at her window).
