i called these guys to unlock my car and they said it would be 35 bucks. when they got there, they charged me 190 dollars! i was so mad. it only took them like 30 seconds to unlock it. not cool.

calgary 24/7 locksmith is a rip off! They did like 2 mins of work and charged me $400! I wish I never called them. They take advantage of people when they're in a tight spot.

So I needed to get my car unlocked on a Friday at 3:45 and Calgary 24/7 Locksmith quoted me $50. I don't have a lot of money so I thought that was a good deal. The guy who came to help me was driving an unmarked car and he opened my car super fast, like less than a minute. But then he tried to charge me $180! I only gave him $80 because that's all I had. He's a real jerk.

Had to replace lock on my Condo, service call was 15 bucks. But my bill was 286 dollars for a bad lock that I had to replace myself after a year. It was really flimsy when I took it off. Be careful and read reviews before hiring. Thanks.

This compny charged $*** to change 5 locks and give 6 keys. The keys were not good and the "locksmith" was not professional. We got another company to fix it because we felt unsafe - they only charged $***. Tried to call the boss twice and he didn't call back. I filed a claim with Visa to stop payment. This company doesn't even deserve one star!

So, I saw an ad for Calgary 24/7 Locksmith and it said they only charge $10. But when I called, they didn't give me a price over the phone. The guy finally showed up after 30 minutes and opened my door in just one minute. But then he tried to charge me $600! That's crazy! I could have just broken the door down and replaced it for that much. When I argued with him, he said he only works for the company and then charged me $300. I was freezing outside with barely any clothes on and I was all alone with this guy who now had access to my house. So, I just paid the fee. But I'm going to dispute it with my bank.

This company is a total rip-off. Their website is confusing, and the work ends up costing a fortune. My girl had to call them to unlock her house door, and they tried to charge her $500.00 for the visit and the ten minute job. She said no way, and ended up paying $199.00. I'm happy she's smart and can stand up for herself. When I phoned the same number, the guy wouldn't tell me his name and was rude. AVOID CALGARY247LOCKSMITH at all costs!

These guys are no good. I called them up for a quote to unlock my car, and they said someone would be over soon. But after waiting for 40 minutes, I got fed up and asked my neighbor for help. I used his airbag and wedge to open it myself. When I called back to cancel and apologize for wasting their time, the guy on the phone just said *** and insulted me more. Don't bother with these guys, they don't deserve your business.

Boris unlocked my condo for a renter who didn't have proof of ownership. He didn't even call me to ask for permission. He couldn't fix the lock, so he left it unlocked. I was on vacation, so my condo was unlocked for a whole week. My mom tried to call him, but he didn't give her any information. When I called him for an invoice and to talk about leaving my condo unlocked, he hung up on me. I might have to take legal action.

I called these guys to get a quote for unlocking my car, and they said it would be $70-120 depending on the tool they needed. The locksmith came in 20 minutes and opened the door fast. But then he said I was getting a good deal at $285 instead of $385. I couldn't believe people would pay that much for five minutes of work (plus a $15 callout fee). It made me want to become a locksmith myself! When I asked for a list of prices, he couldn't give me one. But when I mentioned the quote I got over the phone, he said it would be $120 plus the callout fee. That seemed pretty unprofessional to me. But after reading other reviews, I guess I got off easy!

So, I was in a real pickle on February 22nd, around 9:30pm. I locked my keys in my truck while it was still running! I had to call a locksmith, and I went with Calgary 24/7 Locksmith. The guy on the phone was kinda cagey about how much it would cost, but after I asked him a bunch of times, he said it would be "like $100, give or take, depending on how tough the lock is." When the locksmith showed up, he unlocked my old truck in like 30 seconds flat. But then he charged me a whopping $215! I shoulda made sure about the price before he did the deed, or even stopped him to talk about it. But it seems like this is a regular scam that this company pulls. Watch out!

When I asked why, the locksmith said that the $15 was just a "service fee" and that the actual cost was based on the type of car and the time of day. This was not advertised anywhere on their website or on Google. I felt scammed and taken advantage of in a moment of desperation. I would not recommend this company to anyone and urge others to be cautious when using their services.
