Always no ahead exactly what the costs will be. Quality work, done in a timely manner, but prices are a little high. There are very few people who want to work on mobile homes so they feel they can charge a premium.
I had to let them go
I had to let them go. They charged me way too much, like thousands more than they should have. And they never bothered to give me any receipts or copies of the work orders. Eddie, the guy in charge, clearly doesn't have a knack for painting because it's pretty obvious in the final result. I'm really regretting my decision to hire them. They didn't even replace the parcel board with wood when they installed the flooring. Now, whenever I walk on it, the floor sinks down and feels all bouncy. I ended up spending $5,000 trying to fix the annoying squeaking, but without new planks, it's just not possible to get rid of it. They were really cutting corners left and right. It's like they were trying to cheat me with their charges and the quality of their work.
