They just instald a walk in shower for me and I luv it. The company was super easy to work with and did just what I wanted.

Exellent job remodelin' my bathtub and shower walls. They made everythin' right and had quick response from office when I had the spout come off. They came quickly and corrected it. I love my tub and shower walls.

Dawn came and gave an estimate in an effortless manner. She explained everything thoroughly and with ease. The samples shown were the perfect size to make an educated decision. I anticipate the finished product to be done in a professional manner as Dawn presents it.

Wunderful experience from start to finish. We were kept updated every step of the process. All permits & copies of paperwork were emailed to us without us even having to request them. All this and their price was hundreds less than another top company. Our roof is beautiful.

NOT high pressure*** Chris was down to earth, honest, and accommodating. He listened to what our scope of work was and informed us of options that we could consider. He left us with a detailed estimate and let us know how different options would affect the pricing. It was exactly what we hopped for.

This company was right on with price and quality of work! Their bid was thousands of dollars cheaper then their competitors. Worker showed up on time, were very conscientious, very respectful of my house. Their work was completed in two days and they cleaned up completely on both days. Workers did an excellent job in installing my shower.

Quality Craftsmen is a great company to work with. The salesmen, supervisors, and office staff were really helpful with any questions we had. The workmanship was excellent with the roofing crew. Our neighbors on both sides said the new roof looks really nice. The home and garden shed were finished on 3/2/22. The service for the roof installation was top-notch.

He showed me all materials, and colors available. He also gave me financing options. I am very excited for this project to be done soon. Thank you Scott!

Personal, timely, and responsive. Met with Travis to review options for our bathroom renovation. Very knowledgeable and engaging. We really liked meeting with him. Ultimately decided to go with a different company and product, but only because we preferred their styles. When I called Travis to let him know, he understood and still offered to help in the future if we need anything else. I will definitely keep this company in mind for future projects.

Exselent experiance with this company from start to finish. Salesman, office personal, and supervisors were all very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Warranty was exselent versus competing companies. Installation crew were exselent and hard working. We had both our home roof and our garden shed redone with the heavier underlayment and ridge vent material. Would not hesitate to use them for other home improvement projects. All of my homes in Florida have needed to have roof work and this company was the best experiance by far...

Christian from the Jacksonville location was amazing at getting the job done. The whole process from start to finish was great. We had a few hiccups with the j Durante, but Christian was professional and worked through it. The roofing crew did a good job. I just think they should be more careful with the grass on the properties. The machine that ran on gas or oil caused burnt spots on my lawn. However, the roofing crew did a really good job cleaning up all the debris, including the nails. The work they did on my roof looks awesome from the ground. Overall, I would give them a 4-star rating. I had to deduct a star because of the damage to my lawn that I now have to fix.

Let's start with the positive. The windows we got are amazing, high-quality double pane windows that block out 90% of the sound around us. But that's all I can say is good. DO NOT hire them unless you have a high degree of knowledge & competency in construction methods, a ton of time to manage them & the patience to sit around waiting for answers. We started this process in February 2022, signed contracts in early March 2022. We were told that due to delays in the manufacturing process it would be 8-12 weeks to get & install the windows. They "forgot" to order them until June, delivered the windows to our house in mid-August, & finally put us on their installation schedule in Sept. The 1st installation crew's botched installation was illegal & failed inspection. We provided proof of extensive leakage from Hurricane Ian. Their solution was to provide a box fan 2 weeks later. The 2nd crew finally came out in December to remove the incompetent installation & install it correctly. It is now 5 days before Christmas & we hopefully will have the trim pieces that they forgot to order just after Christmas. This 8-12 week installation timeline is now on its 45 week. Management was unresponsive & downright accusatory to us. We tried for 3 months to get them to finish bidding the project (there was work that needed to be bid after an engineering study [That we paid for] was completed). They never provided the bid. We asked both the sales rep, & the operations manager for the bid. They have completed the work & are now claiming that we "got a great discount" because of their ineptness. Spoke with Keller the GM tonight & we got a ton of run around. He refused to acknowledge or apologize for the issues they have caused. This is not surprising they have spent the last 10 months talking down to us & flat out lying. His team operates the same way he does. Due to the way this branch operates, I would not hire them ever again & will never recommend them to anyone.

Last July l3th, after seeing their ad on Home Advisor, I decided to hire Quality Craftsmen to put in 4 windows in my townhome. I gave them a $1200 deposit to get started. However, I've been trying to reach them by phone and email, but they haven't responded. They haven't even started the job, so I want my deposit back. I really hope the ComplaintsBoard.com can help me out without having to go to court and spend more money. Thanks, Judith

On December 15, David B reviewed my insurance policy and confidently assured me that, according to Florida law, I would receive a new roof. He even mentioned that if the insurance company denied the claim, they had lawyers ready to fight for us, ensuring we wouldn't be at a loss. Additionally, he claimed to be a certified public adjuster, which he used to strengthen his argument. However, it has been four months since then, and I have yet to see any progress or receive the promised new roof. When I inquired about the status of my case, he couldn't provide any concrete information about who he was working with. It became evident that he had lied multiple times just to persuade me into signing a contract.

I had some meetings and phone calls with Quality Craftsmen, LLC to discuss making my bathroom more wheelchair accessible. I gave them a deposit of $11,500. After meeting with a guy named Henry, we made plans to meet at Lowes to check out some vanities. He sent someone to measure the area, but when they started talking about the job, I told them not to order anything until I talked to Henry again. Our meeting at Lowes didn't go well and we didn't find what we were looking for. So, I asked for my deposit back. I sent 8 emails and called them many times, but they haven't responded to any of my messages. It seems like they blocked my calls because all I get is a busy signal. I even called their main office number and left a message with the office, but still no response. This has all been happening through their Jacksonville Office at 9774 Florida Mining Boulevard W, and their mobile number is XXX-XXX-XXXX.

We hired Quality Craftsmen to remodel our master shower. We made some changes to the measurements, which were supposed to be confirmed by "John". When "John" came to our house, he took measurements but didn't write them down to confirm with us. The shower they installed turned out to be much smaller than what we had agreed upon. When we asked "John" where the measurements came from, he came back and offered a quick fix that was completely unacceptable considering the hefty price tag of over $15,000.

The salesperson, Dawn, convinced us to finance the project when we initially signed up for their services. We were approved for a $16,000 line of credit through Synchrony Bank. We waited patiently for six months, expecting a beautiful shower that we could use right away. However, they went ahead and charged our Synchrony account, even though we couldn't use the shower they installed. They clearly violated our contract. Instead of the luxurious shower we were promised, they gave us a shower that would fit better in a mobile home, all while charging us over $15,000.

I hired Quality Craftsmen (Jacksonville) to take out a bathtub and put in a shower. They finished the job on June 30, 2022. I couldn't test the water that day 'cause the grout was still drying. The next day, I turned on the water and the lever was all wobbly. I called QC and they sent a Tile Installer to fix it. The tile guy said the valve was too far back in the wall, but he'd try to fix it anyway. Somehow, he managed to fix it without moving the valve. On July 31, 2022, I noticed water dripping down the trim kit inside the shower. I wiped it away, but it kept dripping. I called QC on August 1, 2022, August 2, 2022, and August 3, 2022. I talked to the receptionist, who said she'd let the Production team know and they'd call me. I also texted the Salesperson and someone from Corporate (GA), who said they'd tell the tile guy. I asked for a licensed plumber to come 'cause the tile guy ain't a plumber, and if he was, this wouldn't have happened in the first place. QC hasn't responded about scheduling a repair or anything. The valve needs to be moved closer to the shower wall to fix it. The tile guy must've forced the handle on to make it less loose, but he probably messed up the valve. The only way to get to the valve without messing up the tile is from the back of the wall, which is easy to get to.

In May , I paid Quality Craftsmen LLC for a sliding glass door and installation. They assured me that the door would be delivered by July 11. However, in March 4th, 2022, a damaged door was dropped off at the back of my home by a third party. I immediately contacted Quality Craftsmen LLC to pick up the damaged door and requested a refund. Joe R called on March 23, 2022, and promised to pick up the door and have John L contact me regarding the refund. Unfortunately, John never called.

Joe attempted to pick up the door but couldn't because his truck was too small and it required two people to move it. On March 28, 2022, Joe called again and mentioned that they were still struggling to find a big enough truck but assured me that they would pick up the door. I reiterated my request for a refund. In a three-way call with Keller H, I expressed my frustration and once again asked for a refund. Joe also mentioned that they would file a claim with the company that delivered the door.

On March 29, 2022, Bob called and said he would pick up the damaged door. However, when he arrived, he realized that he needed a bigger truck. Finally, on March 30, 2022, Zachey called and claimed that he would pick up the door.

Despite multiple attempts to communicate my dissatisfaction and request a refund, Joe R called on April 5, 2022, and informed me that the matter was out of his hands.
